Mein Ekano ging nicht mehr an. Bin dann morgens zu Propain nach Vogt gefahren und eine Stunde später konnte ich mein Bike wieder mitnehmen 😊.

Ich habe vor zwei Monaten ein bike bestellt, Liefertermin wurde für morgen angegeben.
Da ich aber keinerlei Info bekommen habe, habe ich mal freundlich nachgefragt um dann die Aussage zu bekommen: Zusammenbau verzögert sich. Ohne weitere Angaben etc.. Bim gespannt, wann das bike ankommt, aber Propain wird es im Zukunft sicher nicht mehr.

Vor zwei Jahren ein bike bestellt. Da ging schon alles schief von unfreundlichem support der einen ständig belogen hat und ein bike das dann auch ein paar Monate später geliefert wurde als angekündigt.
Qualitativ ebenfalls sehr unbefriedigend. Hinterachs schraube viel zu weich/ Sattelstütze fährt nicht so aus wie sie sollte/ Lack platzt ab/ usw. Die Akkuabdeckung ist vor kurzem aus dem nichts gebrochen und der support meinte nur, das ist kein Material Fehler sondern wir hätten das nicht regelmäßig gewartet und kontrolliert(wie auch immer man ein Plastikteil im inneren kontrollieren soll)
Alles in allem nie wieder!

Ich bin super zufrieden mit meinem E- Bike von Propain und hab sogar einen gratis Aufkleber bekommen. Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team ihr seid Spitze und auf jedenfall weiter zu Empfehlen.

Super Service. Rückantwort inkl. Problemlösung in nur wenigen Minuten. So muss Service.
Da können sich Nicht Versender Marken inkl. Händler eine Scheibe abschneiden.

Great service, I needed to execute bike exchange, because I selected wrong frame size. Everything went fast and easy.

It feels like once they have your money, you're left completely in the dark. Email multiple times — no reply. I messaged them on social media — silence. And calling? Not an option. No one picks up, and there’s no clear way to reach a real person.

I just want to know what happened with my order
and a confirmation that it has been taken to work

I was really impressed with the customer service. I contacted them on Sunday evening, and by Tuesday the issue was perfectly resolved. They responded very quickly and handled everything in a professional and friendly manner. Since moving to Europe, I’ve found that fast and efficient support can be hard to come by — so this level of responsiveness was especially surprising and refreshing.

Awful experience, the guys in the UK don't have a clue what's going on.

ordered a bike months ago and yet to hear any update at all.

Spoke to the manager and he's doesn't have a clue either. The manager massively seems under qualified for what he has control over, perhaps the german team need to get in contact and provide some training in customer service, as its definetly needed.

Everytime I call up I get fed utter bs from him, never trust a word that comes from him! He doesn't know what he's talking about!

Just go a get a bike from the lovely guys at YT or even Canyon

Im März habe ich mein neues Tyee gekauft. Am Dienstag Abend verabschiedete sich der Rock Shox "Vivid Air" Dämpfer.
Mittwoch Morgen habe ich mein Problem geschildert und am Freitag kam per DHL schon der Leihdämpfer.
Samstags konnte ich mich schon wieder mit meinen Kumpels in den Trail austoben.

Super netter und kompetenter Customer Service. Eine beim Transport beschädigte Felge wurde ohne Probleme getauscht, trotz meines Fehlers bei der Annahme des beschädigten Paketes. Hut ab für so einen Kundenservice und schnelle Hilfe.

Top Kundenservice. Die „Propainianer“ finden nahezu immer eine gute Lösung für anfallende Probleme!!!

I bought my Hugene 2CF last summer and got it delivered from Propain in 4 weeks time, this was beyond my expectations based on reviews I had read. The bike has been amazing, by far my favorite bike so far. This spring I was going to service the headset bearing and sadly I found a frame crack inside the headtube in the bearing race. I was devastated and expected a long and gnarly warranty process. During easter I sent in a "bike complaint" to Propain and got reply directly after the holidays. Rapid process and now 3 days after Propain's first reply I have a confirmation that a new main frame is on its way to me. I couldn't be more happy!

Crashed with my new Ekano 2 AL and some parts took a hit and broke. Björn provided me parts a needed with no extra cost at all. So glad to to have customer service like this, highly recommend! 🔥

Hello. I am from Romania and I am writing this review because I want to express my satisfaction with the product and the collaboration in general. The bike was ready for shipping exactly on the date communicated when I paid for the order. I have nothing to complain about. And the only thing I would work on would be a faster response to emails. But, I think that, working globally and the volume of emails is enormous. In the end it is ok. The bike is AWESOME. It came exactly as I configured it. I can't wait to get back to you with my opinions. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the Propain team 👍.

Irre guter Kundenservice!

Hatte ein Problem mit der Gabel meines Sohnes an seinem MTB und es wurde mir sogar eine Leihgabel zur verfügung gestellt, um sein MTB für seinen Kinderkurs betriebsbereit zu halten.
