Misleading website.

After putting together my bike in the configurator to get an idea of the price, I decided to sell my old bike first before ordering the new one. When sold the old one and I went to order the new bike, it was only at the last step of the checkout that I discovered that all prices shown were exclusive of VAT and that the real price of the bike was therefore much higher than first shown. After I contacted customer service they said this was something that happened often and there was nothing they could do about it. If I bought the bike I could get a free t-shirt..
However, three days later the problem with the prices in the configurator was suddenly resolved..

At the end of the story I was left without a bike and brushed off by Propain. Never before have I experienced a company that was so unhelpful and cooperative. But in the other reviews I read that unfortunately I am not the only one who has this experience with this service.

delivery on time, magnificent and compliant bike, super responsive after-sales service, nothing short of happiness.

I am very satisfied with the after-sales service, the whole team helps to solve the problem in a very fast time - long may it continue !!! :)

Topppp consigliato!!! La garanzia funziona da dio!!! Forcella manda a cosmic sports (la loro officina per formula) e tornata in meno di 2 settimane revisionata!!! Inoltre 0 spese tutto rimborsato veramente top, unica cosa un po' scomodo il nuovo modo di comunicare con propain stessa

I do have more experience with Propain support, lets just focus on the very last one. I did requested service steps to check the PROPAIN hub. I got a very detailed reply within few hours.

Nach anfänglichen schwierigkeiten, musste man offensichtlich nur mit den richtigen Personen im Unternehmen sprechen. :)

Schlussendlich super Service.
Mein Problem wurde sehr schnell gelöst und mein Rad super schnell versendet.

La pire expérience d’achat en ligne !
Commande passée en date du 18 août et reçue dans les délais . Malheureusement le cadre était de la mauvaise taille ( erreur de leur part) et c’est là que la galère a commencée.
Plus de 3 semaines pour renvoyer le vélo dû à un SAV exécrable le colis est revenu chez moi à trois reprises et j ai dû aller le rechercher une fois à 150 km de chez moi. Après 3 semaines de galère, bcp de mails échangé et recherche de ma part j ai dû expliquer au SAV comment faire pour renvoyer le colis et avoir une bonne étiquette de retour !
Vélo enfin retourné ils vous disent que le remboursement sera fait entre 2 et 4 semaines …. 5 semaines plus tard toujours rien et de nombreux mails restés sans réponses. Heureusement que le payement a été fait par paypal qui a entamé un litige et là miracle j ai été remboursé quelques jours après .
A savoir que les premiers retour on été payé à perte par moi et un seul remboursement a été effectué et la cerise sur le gâteau ils l’ont décompté de mon remboursement !!!!!!
Résultat fin de saison foutue 3 mois pour rien et une grosse centaine d euros perdu.

Ich war vor 3 Wochen im Store in Vogt zu Besuch mit der Absicht mir über den Rampage Deal ein Bike zu konfigurieren! Vor Ort wurden wir super freundlich empfangen, es wurde uns direkt ein Kaffee angeboten und alle waren echt nett zu uns! Schnell wurde ich mit meinen Plänen umgestimmt da eine Stornierung fertig zusammengebaut im Lager stand welche ziemlich die Komponenten verbaut hatte die ich mir vorgestellt habe! Kleine Probefahrt ebenso direkt schon eine Fahrwerkseinstellung erhalten war ich völlig hin und weg und entschied mich spontan zum Kauf dieses Bikes!

Technisch en functioneel is de bike top maar deze review gaat over de service. Ik had een klikgeluid in mijn fiets. Had alles geprobeerd en contact gezocht. Ik werd steeds goed begeleid wat mogelijke oplossingen zijn en uiteindelijk stuurde propain mij na ruim twee jaar en buiten de garantie om een nieuw onderdeel (wat uiteindelijk de oplossing was). Dank Propain voor deze geweldige service

Bereits mein 3. Propain und ich kann nur sagen, ich bin begeistert.
Nicht nur von den Rädern an sich, sondern auch vom Einsatz des Service - Teams!
Als ich mein 2. Bike, leider in der „After-Corona“ und „Suez-Kanal“ Kriese bestellt habe, waren Fox Komponenten nicht lieferbar. Ich musste mehr als 4 Monate länger auf mein Bike warten. Aber hätte Propain hier nicht mein Bike mit einer Leihgabel ausgestattet, hätte ich wahrscheinlich noch 4 Monate länger warten müssen. Das nenn ich Kundenorientierung und Service!
Bei meinem dritten, habe ich leider einen Montagsmotor erhalten. Der wurde anstandslos getauscht… keine Diskussionen kein nix. Servicewüste Deutschland… hier nicht! Bei Propain stimmt alles!
Ich hoffe das bleibt auch so… leider hat man viele Firmen gesehen, die dann zu schnell gewachsen sind und der Service und Kundennähe drunter gelitten hat.

They may make good bikes, but i can't know if it hasn't arrived past double the delivery time. First of all, the price on their website is without VAT, which is playing dirty to the other direct sales brands, which don't do it. Customer service is unexistant, it should be called ghost service. I have sent two mails and received not a single answer. They used DHL for shipping and it is taking more than one laboral week from germany to Barcelona. Maybe it is because it's coming from asis not europe? Who knows...

Meine Erfahrungen sind durchwachsen.
Nach einem Riss am Hinterbau wurde dieser anstandslos getauscht.
Jedoch reagiert nun schon das zweite Mal keiner auf meine Anliegen.
Für den Wechsel des coils am Dämpfer hatte ich eine Rückfrage per Mail: keine Rückmeldung. Aktuell habe ich eine Frage zu einer Beschädigung am Rahmen: keine Reaktion.
Vor der Pandemie wurde ich noch direkt telefonisch auf meine Anfragen kontaktiert und hatte das Gefühl, dass Propain etwas an seinen Kunden liegt. Das scheint mit dem Erfolg der letzten Jahre vorbei zu sein.
Mein nächstes Bike wird dann wohl wieder beim Fachhandel besorgt.

Ich kann Propain absolut empfehlen. Die Mitarbeitenden sind sehr hilfsbereit und es wird für alles eine Lösung gefunden. So habe ich die Kulanz sehr zu schätzen gelernt. So wird mein nächstes Bike 100% auch wieder ein Propain. Man hat einfach ein gutes Gefühl, auch über den Kauf hinaus.

They just don't have the resources. Been waiting spare part for my bike for over a month. Already when ordering the bike i had to wait for months. Never dealt with bike company this bad.

Excellent service excellent value from propain bicycles, my purchased the ekano e bike, the website let me configure the bike exactly how I wanted it. I contacted them through email when I needed any questions answered and they were very quick to respond by email. The bike was delayed what communication was very good around this. I had an issue with delivery with a bent front rotar, which was quickly replaced. I will definitely do business with them again and we'll promote their company with all my mountain bike friends. Super happy with my new bike.

Nach einigen Umwegen (zuerst gemäss Infos auf der Propain-Homepage den Garantiefall ausführlich beim Komponentenhersteller gemeldet, der hat jedoch bei Servicefällen aus der Schweiz an Propain zurückverwiesen) sehr prompte Abwicklung des Garantiefalls innerhalb von weniger als einem Tag!

On the 4th of May I payed my Propain Tyee through the online configurator. "Configure your dream" they say.

Really, it's a nightmare: after the extimated date and they weren't able to satisfy it, customer care guys (I know it's not related to them, they are only the last ring of the chain) tell you a different story each day you try to speak with them. A continuos postpone who makes you frustated.

Three months later than the payment, I was able to get produced my bike carrying on to push the customer care; they shipped it (shipment cost amount 100 €, not really cheap): The actual result is that the bike is stored in a DHL Freight warehouse to a couple of km to my house because there are some problems with the shipment and actually I don't know when and if I will be able to ride my bike.
