Very efficient service and plenty of detail on all offers

Amazing service and prompt customer support.

Informed that I need to update app to continue using Primary Bid. Tried and continously failed to do this. Should I uninstall and then reinstall app?

Not a fan of using the android app it is way to slow, need to be able to use via a pc/laptop

Is this coming soon if at all?

The idea is great and I would improve my rating if this was addressed

I downloaded PrimaryBid app and created an account about 2 weeks ago. That was rather simple.

Before doing anything, I reached out to Support with some questions, which they answered promptly, politely, and in a very useful way.

A new subscription / investment opportunity came up recently.
Yes, the timeframes to invest can be short, which makes the app convenient if you know the company already and can make a quick decision; otherwise desktop research can be carried out and the app used for the actual investment.

So far, the whole experience has been flawless. PrimaryBid is a new, innovative offering to retail investors and I am sure little bits and pieces will get progressively better. In the meantime, it already delivers on its promises.

P.S. The shares have not been transferred to my broker yet, but that issue is actually related to my broker, not PrimaryBid.

Great and transparent service for access to IPO. User-friendly app and frictionless on-boarding process. I also use Freedom24 and PrimaryBid felt closer in their customer interaction.

I would not use this service again. It fell short of expectations.

I subscribed to several IPO's having found Primary Bid via my broker account provider. I have been very pleased with the support and ease of use of the Primary Bid app. After some initial offerings were withdrawn, notification was immediate and a full refund processed quickly without any chasing on my part. I will certainly continue to use this service with confidence though it is to be noted that IPO's can represent a higher risk sector and Primary Bid simply facilitate access to this sector you should seek independent financial advice before investing in any offering unless you are comfortable making your own investment decisions.
Shares acquired through Primary Bid were settled to my broker account quickly and efficiently, communication was clear and helpful and I felt supported through out the process.

Great company to deal with, and very responsive customer service. I have used Primary Bid to get shares at a good rate, and have been pleased with my purchases so far. App works well, and it all seems pretty seamless to use.

Having realised that I had given the wrong account number of my broker for an offer I had taken up I rang them and spoke to one of their consultants (Charlie). He was immediately on the case and dealt with it confirming the change of account number within hours. Very impressed. Also with another query Ihad received an immediate response. It is a pleasant change from the usual "due to Covid" responses I have been used to receiving these days. Recommended.

Right from the start to the end five star service. The challenge with some of the new fintech's is the poor customer service but Primary bid haven't disappointed and I am pleased to have used them and will also recommend them to one and all.

Terrible service. Get another broker if you're serious about investing in IPOs. There is no desktop app. Android mobile app is flakey.
Staff used to answer the telephone, now you are directed to a mailbox system that tells you it is full up!
It's just hassle all the way. If you are lucky enough to get to apply for an offer, then be prepared for further obstacles.

Arghh the company I wanted to invest in has a short 4 hour window. After filling in all the forms the app just kept crashing. Lost out big time (10k). Why is there no web or PC way in??? Worse than useless cost me a bundle. Eventually got in the correct share without a crash and just information, absolutely no way to invest.

Love the idea, but the execution is poor.

Giving private investors access to company fundraisings is excellent, and I applaud PrimaryBid for that.

Not being able to subscribe within ISA or SIPP isn't ideal, but fair enough - perhaps the rules are outside their control.

First a problem is the app - PrimaryBid worked fine on desktop, but now it's app-only, and flawed.

I frequently encounter payment problems, which PrimaryBid blames on my bank, and my bank categorically assures me is at PrimaryBid's end. From the multiple differing excuses PrimaryBid give, I believe the bank. This included them assuring me a payment hadn't gone through after an error message, when in fact it had.

I find their customer service responses (on email, only on email) to be prompt, but frequently incorrect.

Getting the shares into your broker account is the other huge issue - might take 24 hours, might take days, and currently I'm chasing one up from a fortnight ago. That is an unacceptably long time to wait.

Earlier this year, one of the companies in my portfolio conducted a Retail Offer for existing shareholders exclusively through PrimaryBid. Unfortunately. I was not able to open an account with PrimaryBid in time for this, but I did set up an account - and it has opened up a whole new world for me. Quite simply, they let you know about IPOs, secondary offers and retail offers at a discount to trading price. You pay what the institutional investors pay, there is no commission, and they transfer the shares into the general investment account with your stockbroker free of charge. The customer service is excellent, keeping you informed of any issues and being very responsive when you have queries. Everything you need is on a convenient mobile app with e-mail alerts and notifications - together with detailed information and links to important documents. This is important as some of the offers are only open for a few hours and you might be out and about away from your computer. The range of different investments has been impressive, so there will probably be something for most people. However, whichever ones you choose, you'll always get a head start with zero commission and any discount that is available.

very very poor service. don't respond to emails, cancellation page doesn't work. no contact phone number which sums up the type of company this is. very very bad. avoid and use a trusted company with service to match.

It is essentially a great isea, if it worked, a great company, but the app is a shocker, it is so hard to use, the user experience reminds me of 90's dial up internet, trying to buy today and have been hitting the continue button like a demented fool
