I've been using this platform for over 2 years now, and, on average the investments have halved in value. Whilst the platform is slick and easy to use, the investments are poor, overinflated, and you're better off putting your money somewhere else.

Lots of their listings have tanked more than -70%.
Appears to be a corporate Pump and Dump shares.
AVOID

AVOID. All these fundings are over valued and all the shares tank. Mugs game. Ask yourself why these companies are funding from Mickey mouse. You will lose money

The concept behind PrimaryBid is excellent and generally their systems are first class in enabling small shareholders access to IPOs and fund raising issues where the small shareholder has historically been ignored and excluded from taking part. However when I subscribed for a share issue by Applied Graphene Holdings and didn't correct my account details with my stockbroker the whole matter has vanished into a black hole and I'm still waiting for the shares to be transferred to my stockbroker!

Overall my experience with Primary Bid has been excellent. My only complaint is that if I am not in the UK I cannot use it, as it seems to prohibit access from a non UK IP address, despite the fact that I am a UK citizen & a UK resident taxpayer.

Very easy investing with diverse portfolios

The initial setup process was a bit confusing, especially providing your broker's information. After that, it's been pretty much seamless and I am happy with my purchases to date and for the opportunity to be able to invest early, at the same time as the "City big boys"

User friendly app providing regular prompt updates on IPOs. Providing a simple and secure access for small investors in an area of investment that is otherwise difficult to achieve

Efficient and effective IPO and fund raising system for publicly quoted companies.

I’ve been able to make some good investments with relative ease.
