The process to get access to new issues has been first class. My applications just appear in my share account. The only down side is that the shares I bought have not done well in general. Maybe I should avoid Rights Issues! But I’m not in it for the short term so who knows. Good service from PrimaryBid. Always very helpful

Have purchased several companies shares via PB. Easy to do, usually discounted price, automatically transferred into my dealing account - and with no stockbroking commission! Great deal.

I have used pb on many occasions to buy shares, out of 10 I have made a profit on 7 of them , plus no dealing fees

There were 2 occasion's when my payment wouldn't go through not sure who's fault.other that great job.

Primary Bid is a simple cost effective way for retail investors to access IPO’s and fund raises that would in most cases be reserved for institutional investors. For that alone they should receive credit. You do not need fancy, potentially costly, extra insight. What you get is a straightforward app that allows you to buy a wide range of companies that come to the market to raise cash. I’m certainly one of the investors who has been happy to benefit.

The website/app needs improvement to become more faster and get to the offers more easily.

It worked fine but picking up the notification is a bit hit & miss for me because I only occasionally look at my phone. An email notification would help; a PC version would be even better. Time is of the essence if an investment is not to be diluted - it fails on this score for me.

Good overall. Plenty of variety and a good platform, but 2 criticisms:-

1. It's either feast or famine. Lots of offers in a short time, then none for many weeks or months.

2. Often, very little notice is given. Literally a couple of hours sometimes from notification to when the offer closes, giving next to no time to organise funds to pay for them.

I am very happy with my PrimaryBid experience to date. My only concern is that I find it very frustrating when you see companies I previously purchased via PrimaryBid then raising further monies that are not available this time - appreciate this is obviously outside PrimaryBid's control!!

It is very frustrating being unable to access the offers while using an ISP abroad. Surely you can get this organised.
