Happy with Primary Bid's offers and ease of use

The App makes the application for new share issues very simple and straight-forward. I have used it multiple times without any issues.

I have used Primary Bid many times since it began trading and always found it works extremely well. It is a unique service giving smaller investors access to share issues in which they would otherwise be unable to participate.

This is a very good product enabling direct access to new issues.

I have found Primary Bid to be a very good service giving me timely intelligence as to the possibility of investment followed up with useful information enabling a decision.

I downloaded the app but have never used the service so cannot comment.

Easy transactions and straight forward app.

The number of shares offered is sometimes limited, even though 'notifications' are set to ON on my phone, I am not always notified when a share placing is available, PrimaryBid does not seem to have the clout to participate in some of the better placings. Communication is good when PrimaryBid is contacted.

Sometimes, and probably no fault of your own, you issue notice of a forthcoming share issue on very short lead-time. Also, I prefer to access your site via my desktop computer rather than by the app on a my mobile phone.
Nonetheless I find my experience of using PrimaryBid and a GOOD experience

Great idea but should be available in an isa and by the time the actual shares arrive miss all the action.

Excellent service bringing investment opportunities to retail investors

Excellent service

I found primary Bid App to be very efficient and easy to use. It is a great way to give millions of of retail investors a chance to subscribe for shares which was a privilege just for the institutions.

Primary Bid fills a gap in the market and offers a good service which opens investment to a wider audience in a simple way - excellent. But although research can (and should) be conducted elsewhere, companies raising cash should be obliged to accompany their PB pitch to investors with a short simple (500 word max.?) statement as to why. No legal blather (that can be read elsewhere). Just a simple explanation as to why they want my money.

An excellent method of investing in new "Tap" issues, in particular for the "Renewables Investment Trusts" sector.

My buggest complaint is that I cant use existing cash funds already within my Interactive Investor ISA to buy into share issues. Instead I am limited by my annual ISA contribution allowance.

This needs resolving so that one can elect to use ISA cash

Excellent way for small investors to participate in offering of new shares in PLCs

I have always found the staff efficient, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The website is easy to negotiate.
