This one star represents the poor customer service.
The accommodation was fine and the bed really comfy.
However I had to send a complaint to guess relation regarding a significant issue that we experienced.

After giving me a unique reference WHB-3232108-S3NT I was reassured that someone would be in touch within 8 days ,that was 12 days ago and still waiting

I already left a delivery review, which was great.
We have had the mattress for a time now and it's very comfortable indeed.

My stay was 2 nights at tonbridge vauxhall, I asked at the front desk for assistance with helping me locate everything I needed for my stay as working away. I spoke with Alison and she provided great service and couldn't do more to help. 10/10 service.

Lovely pillows , these are absolutely fine they do the job , they do keep the majority of the shape and thickness . I think they could have been a little more firmer , as I chose firm but just needed a bit more. But apart from that they are lovely

Having stayed several times at a Premier Inn and loved the mattress…..we decided to buy one. All I can say is OMG! I’m so pleased…..and a “free gift of the Duvet, mattress topper and pillows” which was part of the offer at the time.
Happy days!

To hard for my liking. Gives me a neck ache. I should have chosen the softer ones

My pillows were ok but I wish I got them from Travelodge, they were film but to bulky.

Bought two.pillows when we returned from a premier inn stay as they were lovely. We checked pillows when we were away and they were "soft"
When we returned home I went to order pillows on.line what a mistake after 2wks they are realy flat, very disappointed as they were more money than I would usualy spend so I would not recomend these items

Terrible customer service with regard to delivery of our new mattress. Cancelled scheduled delivery twice and then third time they turned up 3 hours later than scheduled.

My pillow delivery arrived very quickly. So far the pillow is very comfortable.

The quality of the pillows has gone downhill. Nowhere near as good as they used to be.

The first set I bought lasted 3 years and were still quite plump when I threw them away.

I only replaced them as I was moving and got a new bed and wanted everything new. Less than 6 months of use, a couple of hours a night, and they are pretty flat.

Will never order from them again.

As well as that, they keep deleting order history, so you can’t view previous orders 3 orders in the last 4 years, and not one is available in my order history; that tells me they are trying to hide something.

Love this mattress, great quality, exceptionally comfy, very happy. Wanted one of these for ages after staying at Premier Inn, so glad I finally got it.

Love the Divan colour (green) and storage. Mattress and bedding great.
Not impressed by the delivery.
Driver and assistant were very polite but were too rushed, causing damage to walls and paintwork.
We put the bed together as were not confident of the care that would be given to erect it.

Easy to order and fast delivery. Have ordered these pillows before and happy with them. I chose the firm option

Great hotel by the airport, lovely breakfast and a great night sleep especially the pillows were exceptional.
