I had to phone for help quite a few times as you needed photos and copies of invoices etc.
Each member of staff I spoke to was so helpful and understanding that it was a pleasure to deal with everyone one of them, they made me feel comfortable and not at any time did I feel rushed.
What a great team you have working for you, I liked how they could get in to my claim, of course with my permission and reminded to change my password back.
