Swiftly dealt with the claim and appointed the repair without any delay. Communication was excellent and I was advised of every step in the process. I consider the service first class and I’m very happy with Premia Solutions.

Registering my claim was easy, communication was good everything was arranged for me with the repairer's to connect me.

This is the second time I have used Premia Solutions. Both times great.
The first time, James came and repaired the area on the boot door where I had an accident with the boot door and my garage door. James did such a professional job, you wouldn’t think anything had been done.
Unlucky but someone damaged my car in a car park. Contacted Premia Solutions again and an appointment was made for 12 Aug 26. I think the person’s name is Dean, (I cannot remember) but what a lovely professional person. Explained what he needed to do and I was so impressed with the finished job. So pleased with the staff from Premia Solutions and would recommend the two men that sorted my car to anybody that needed this service. Thank you both.

Everything was perfect from the start of the claim process to completion of the repair.

Was easy, the car was off road for nearly 2 weeks, not ideal but understandable.
I could be really picky because I found 2 tiny bubble marks on one of the wheels, not the end of the world but had it been on my other car it would've gone back.

Came to house did a great job on wheel

Initially time to booked me in was a little lengthy but I understand middle of summer extremely busy all resolved on my second call and the tech arrived very quickly and did an excellent job in the blistering heat overrall great service

Absolutely brilliant. The whole process of making a claim and the repair being carried out was so easy. Everything was explained clearly and I was kept up to date as the claim moved forward. I honestly cannot fault Premia Solutions,

Making the claim was easy and it was agreed, and work scheduled quickly.

I had a query regarding the allocation of repairer. They listened and promptly reassigned it to someone else. Unfortunately company chosen have proved to be extremely tardy. I am still waiting to find out when the repair will be carried out. I understand they may be busy but communication is non-existence.

Very pleased with the service I received\. The technician was friendly, professional and arrived as arranged\. He did an excellent job repairing the dent and the finished result was very good\. Everything was handled smoothly and I’m very happy with the overall service\.

This would have been a 5* review but for 2 factors:
1. Claim process feels rather convoluted requiring various forms to be completed, it is however understandable given the amount of fraud going on out there! Please see if this process can be streamlined in some way.
2. and this is what really gets my goat up! Almost every mail received from a " no-reply..." e-mail address. This is very frustrating & time consuming for your customers, also no telephone number is published on the website.
The processing of claims is actually quite slick and efficient but the above negative points around customer interface are dragging your reputation down badly!
Please please take active steps to improve your customer interface because otherwise you provide a good service.
