Quinn was sent out to do a refurbishment on 4 of my alloys , done an amazing job , quicker than I thought also 100% worth it

Excellent service from beginning to end. The whole process went very smoothly, I was kept updated at all times. Everything was made easy by picking up and returning the alloy from my car at my house and timeframes were fast and kept to. Thanks so much for making this experience as easy as possible.

From start to finish the claim was quickly assessed and the work completed. The work carried out was of an excellent standard, and was done our driveway - so we didn't have to visit a workshop, leave my car and collect it again once the work was done - this is hugely convenient.

On the plus side, the response time to the claim was quicker than expected.

On the negative side, there were 3 individual minor scratches, (each claimed individually) and the claim was refused as they may have happened at the same time.

All 3 were under 40 CM, one was only 5CM.

These are not deep scratches and I was surprised that the claim was rejected.

Brilliant service all round. Taylor arrived promptly and was super polite and helpful. The repair looks great.

I am very satisfied with the company service. Initially I had problems logging in and submitted a request online as per website instructions. Someone got back to me within a few days and provided a solution. When problem persisted and I rang, despite me ringing the wrong department, I was still offered help and issue resolved promptly. Once form was reviewed, it was approved within 2 days. I was respected and listened to throughout the slightly drawn out process and the team was very helpful and friendly, I would highly recommend this company.

Unimpressed. Sent photos of damage and refused a claim based on size of damaged area, which can’t be gauged from reviewing photo. Would have expected an in person survey at least.

There was some delay in finding a company to do the repair in our area so the claim dragged on a bit.
