Premia settled my claim very quickly and without question. The online claim facility is simple and easy to use. I had cause to phone the company help desk and was answered quickly by an actual person! who was so helpful. Couldn't thank them enough, excellent company.

It was very difficult to make an appointment to have the car repaired, lots of phone calls, no one returning my calls, lots of misinformation, the first appointment was cancelled the day before. The repair was supposed to take 2 days, on the second day I was told it would take another day, even though I had informed them when accepting the appointment that I would be flying to Poland that day. I was told to pick up the car at 12, that everything would be ready, car and paperwork, when I got there I had to wait over 30 minutes, as neither were ready, it was all very stressful, plus I had to pay £25 a day for what was called a courtesy car, I had to explain to the manager that courtesy means free.

No response for my complaint.

When I had a service at my local garage, they found a screw in my tyre that could not be fixed. I remembered that I had taken out insurance on tyres & alloys, so I immediately phoned Premia and they sorted everything out and reimbursed me straightaway. Great service!!

Quick & easy to claim through the insurance side & paid back the next day, shame we can't say that we had the same experience with vertu motors!

Was very easy to talk to the team. They said engineer would phone telling my wife when he would be at our property to carry out the work. My wife said it take very long. When I got home I checked the wheel and it looked good to me so far.

I made my claim after a tractor towing a trailer, stacked with hay bales far too high, ripped overhead branches down onto my bonnet. The branches dented my car bonnet.
My claim was dealt with very sensitively and the call handler was superb.
It was dealt with efficiently and quickly.
Very happy with this service.

Problems with communication.

The information and communication was good prior to having the repair done. The repair was excellent. Unfortunately the communication following the repair was not so good. Due to use having a hospital appointment we missed a message about the car, when we tried to phone to check if it was ready to be collected, we had great difficulty trying to be connected to the appropriate department and spent a long time on the phone be passed to various places, losing connections (phone just went dead) eventually we just made our way to pick up the car which fortunately was ready. So only four stars because trying to talk to someone to check we were not making a wasted journey should not be a difficult task.

Tried to make a claim for stone chips. Phoned in and I was told the process so I took photos and waited, no response so I rang and was told there had been an error and I would get an email within days, which duly arrived to say my claim was rejected because my policy didn’t cover stone chips!! I specifically mentioned previous problems with stone chips when I took out the policy with the dealer and at no point was I told that this was the wrong product for me!! Not happy, wasted my time and money

Unfortunately even though the origal claim form stated that my wheel was cracked. Premia sent my repair request to 3 different companies over a period of 3 months all of whom were only able to offer cosmetic repairs rather than welding which was what the wheel needed. Eventually they agreed to me getting a welded repair carried out and I was able to get this done locally within a week!! To be fair they did reimburse me for this within a couple of days of me sending the invoice but their initial claims process fell way short of what was required.

Clear paperwork, user-friendly website, prompt emails, courteous help on the phone when needed and timely payment. Couldn’t ask for any more.
