All the staff are very helpful and whatever the job they always go above and beyond. The service I received was excellent. I couldn’t ask for more I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

The work was done efficiently and the worker kept me informed of the time scale. The repair was excellent and returned to original condition. I was very pleased and satisfied with the whole process.

Easy to deal with, simple claim form

Submitted a form and photos for work to be carried out on our VW car. Sent 11th August but heard nothing since. Frustrated.

The communications were good, but it took a while to process

The process was very easy to complete, the team were helpful and the repair was arranged and completed very quickly

I submitted a claim on my alloy insurance on 26th July to Premia solutions. The online form was quick and simple to complete.

I was then contacted via email 27th July to say that I would be contacted shortly about a date and time for my cars repair. Later that day I was contacted by SRS Alloys to say that they could have someone out to my house to repair my alloys the next day.

On 28th July a lovely guy called Kyle came out with a van and completed the alloy repair on my driveway. I am delighted with the quick and efficient service I have received. My car now looks good as new.

Fast & efficient

Overall a positive experience on my claim following car theft and insurance write off. Although a long wait on the phone or a few days awaiting response by email. The team were able to provide clear information. One details were provided back to them, very prompt payout. Overall a good experience.

Initially a guy was sent out to repair the small dent and paint work where a car door had been opened on my car. The repairer arrived at lunchtime on a Friday and literally was only there for a matter of minutes and said he could fill the dent but it would be better to send someone else out, which is where the problem came (he did polish out the paint). Because of my location, Premia couldn't find any company able to do the repair. I have two addresses, one near London but my main one in Wales but even with both addresses they still struggled to find someone for me and never managed to give me anyone to do the repair.
In the end, I looked on Google and found a company within minutes. He came out the following day and done a great job.
All in all I found Premia a ball ache, throughout the whole process. The bill I paid wasn't expensive at £80.00 and even had to jump through loops to get my money back.

Very easy to submit and get my claim processed. All happend quickly and automatically. Recommended repairer provided A* service. Nothing else to say other than, to make sure you get this type of alloy insurance even if you think you're a careful driver (I do).

Excellent efficient service again from Matt after someone scraped my car in a car park. Can't see any repair!!
