Potters Resorts Recenzje 

We stayed at Potters Hopton on Sea from 4th September to 7th September and this was either our 6th ot 7th visit. It is for anyone who wants a complete break as when you have paid for your bill, that is it no more money needed except for the shop and slot machines. The meals are fantastic Breakfast is a good full one, lunch 3 course with wine and dinner 3 course with wine. Good choices and always a roast in the evening + well presented. The rooms in the bungalows and hotel are clean, well equipped and designed. The staff from the housekeeper, gardeners, reception, entertainment and restaurant are very pleasant, informative and a pleasure to talk to. Entertainment is very good and so much so, you would think it was straight from the London stages.
I would recommend Potters Hopton on Sea to anyone even royalty because thats how you are treated

Myself and my family love Potters. Comfortable, relaxing and at the same time plenty to do. Very clean and spacious hotel rooms. Entertainment is through the roof!!!

It is obvious that the staff are happy and enjoy working there and when you speak to them, many have been there all their working lifes.
Obviously a family affair for both guests and staff.

The staff are simply excellent. The activities were very good. The food was tasty and fresh. The accommodation was comfortable.

What can I say ,I have been to both resorts and they are both equally amazing,obviously 5 lakes is newer but it doesn't have the seaI love them both,the staff,food and entertainment are all 5 star

Our first potters resort break and it was exceptional from start to finish and cannot wait to return. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. With up to four meals a day you are never hungry. Quality of food was amazing there is definitely something for everyone and having the sane table and waitress every meal was a lovely touch. Activities around resort were fantastic you can never get bored. Swimming pool facilities were really good and one of our party used the gym and found that well equipped too. We stopped for drinks in the garden bar frequently and our favourites were the black forest hot chocolate and toffee iced coffee. Our room in the hotel was fantastic, cleaned everyday and the grab rail and bath mat they added for me as im disabled and have mobility issues was great attention to detail. The entertainment was amazing or should I say "simply the best" every night was different and jack, jo B and Mark Brewer bring all the comedy and laughs along the way. Our break was nothing short of perfection and the whole of the potters team are friendly and approachable from the point of booking to when you leave resort at the end of your break. To have a break like this is so lovely you just want to return again and again.

We came for a family 80th birthday celebration. The whole experience was excellent. We stayed in a bungalow plus and it was fabulous. Spotless, comfortable, spacious and everything we needed was there. The restaurant, service and food were excellent. Fabulous shows, and events. A perfect weekend, we will be back. Thank you.

Wow just visited five lakes, great time in the sun and Aaron Bolton wow!!!

Our stay at Five Lakes this week was good. The evening entertainment was first class, although we had seen two of the four shows earlier in the year. The comedic interactions during the day by the main compères were tame, noisy and annoying, although some guests clearly enjoyed them. The quizzes were generally good.
Our accommodation in the Village was all right, but the lack of air conditioning was rather unpleasant at night in our south facing room (714). The single cooler unit just didn't help much at all. The only other ventilation were sliding doors onto the balcony, which we didn't feel confident about leaving open at night.
Another slight issue was that with no lifts, having stair rails on BOTH sides of the stairs would have helped my wife who had a broken arm.
In the Eden dining room, staff had to hastily stick paper to the doors when the late afternoon sun shone in guests' eyes. In-window blinds would have cured that, and could be a relatively easy improvement.
All staff were impressively polite, and extremely helpful. Thank you

Your staff are a delight nothing is to much trouble and every member speaks to. Beth is a superstar such a credit to your company such a lovely person.

The restaurant staff were brilliant as well. Would highly recommend 5 lakes to everyone.

Our stay at Potters Five Lakes was excellent, from the comfortable beds to the superb choice of food and drink. All of the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The entertainment was 5 star with lots of activities, quizzes and talks during the day. I would certainly recommend a stay at Potters and hope to return again soon.

Yet another fab time at Potters. Such a welcoming, relaxing place. Couldn't wish for better staff and service. So much to do and management clearly listen to guest's comments as each time we go, many suggestions made by guests have been incorporated. The place is spotless and all diets are catered for in the restaurants. I just can't fault it. Well done again Potters for constantly keeping standards high and listening to guests.

Lovely resort with friendly staff. Food was very good. I’m giving it a 3 star because of the poor quality of the bungalow that we stayed in. The decor was “tired” to say the least and the bathroom/shower was not very nice at all, considering the amount of money we paid. Will stay in the hotel next time.

Six of us stayed at 5 Lakes resort and had a great experience. The booking staff were very helpful and the resort staff hard working, friendly and approachable. Plenty of choice for activities and quiet areas for reading, then excellent entertainment in the evenings, so something for everyone. There is a good choice of inclusive drinks, alcohol, soft drinks and hot drinks. We stayed in the village accommodation and the rooms were lovely, spacious and clean. Already planning to come again!

Excellent weekend break as always. Hooked on Potters so relaxing

We recently had a 4 night break at Potters. We had not been for years but our son, who has additional needs, remembered it from when he was young and chose it for his holiday. What a great choice. We hadn't been outside school holidays before so the clientele is obviously older but still a fantastic range of great activities and it meant the pool was quieter! There were new activities, I particularly enjoyed the Wellness ones. My son has some dietary needs - which they were brilliant at accommodating. I was able to sit down with the chef and go through the menu for each day to make sure the food would be suitable and that my son didn't miss out on any of the options. The waiting staff are amazing - the lady at out table was so friendly and helpful. Our room was huge and the entertainment in the evening is of a really good quality. The staff everywhere are friendly and helpful. We loved it and will return.

Great food lovely staff wonderful entertainment plenty to do.

Had another lovely weekend at Potters. Not been for 3 years so noticed a few changes (no need to book activities, summer bbqs, ice cream parlour, no live band which is a shame but understandable) the shows were great as usual, they all work so hard! Great food and drinks, loved the addition of better dance classes and loved the relaxation session with intro to sound bath. Better length of time on the Segway as there were longer sessions. Love it here and will definitely be back in less than 3 years! Thanks for a great weekend. If I could make a suggestion it would be to offer a no lunch option even if it was £10 per day less I think you would get some opt for it as honestly you’re fed up with food after 3 days. Just a thought

We absolutely love coming to Potters at five lakes. We had an amazing time every day. The staff were superb throughout, especially Beth in the bar,who is soooo incredibly lovely and friendly. All the staff are wonderful. Can't wait to come back xxxx
