Let down by poor delivery service
Largely the fault of the delivery service, however I have not received any useful support on correcting FedEx's mistakes and as such, I am left without an office chair. Could definitely do more to support customers

I ordered a back support
I ordered a back support. It came promptly as it said it would. The purpose is to support my wife sitting on a chair at the computer. And it does give her support, easy to fit on the chair. What more can you ask ?

Two assessors arrived as advised, one to observe and mentor the other. Mentor sat close by, unobstructive, observant and quietly vigilant. Presentation punctual, smart, diplomatic and courteous from arrival to departure.
Purpose and explanation clear, concise and assessment felt thorough. Assessor listened intuitively noting responses and reaction appropriately. Felt they cared and keen to ensure they captured all necessary information to identify appropriate product. Excellent service.
Also chair ordered on 4th August and delivered on 11th - just a week! Amazing, thank you guys.

This amazing chair was delivered by engineer to our office and they assembled and explained about the workings of the chair. It is most comfortable and lots of options of adjusting they way you can sit. Would recommend this company and their products, communication was excellent, very pleased with the product and the service
