I had to wait a very long time to be dealt with but once things started moving along, it was smooth and efficient . The process has not completed yet though as I still have to receive the equipment

It was seamless from start to finish with the delivery of a new keyboard within a week of reporting a fault with the one I was using.

Went very smooothly.
Reason for 4 and not 5 stars, was they didn't have the headset I really wanted to so had to go for a much lower level headset as I need to have the mic on the left ear.

Excellent speedy service
Excellent speedy service. I spoke to a very helpful representative who then ordered the chair I required. I received clear communications all along the way. The gentleman that came to deliver was also friendly professional and explained all my chair settings and positioned the chair for me.

Terrible service
Terrible! Bought a chair for over £500 and they took 2.5 months to send it and no update for when it will be dispatched and delivered. Had to chase multiple times and when i did finally receive the chair they had forgotten the bottom part of the chair so i had to wait another 3 weeks for the missing part. The ridiculous part is they sent me the base with the wheels but not the stand part that connects the chair to the base of the wheels so it’s been over 3 months and I still don’t have a complete chair! Absolutely appalling service and Unacceptable! Do not buy a chair from them unless you want to wait over 3 months for your chair. I needed this for my back pain as i am pregnant and not sure I will even receive a complete chair before I give birth. What a terrible company!

Egregiously overpriced shipping
Egregiously overpriced shipping. It got here quickly, but it was almost as much as my item. Shipper did not listen to my asks to hold the shipment until I confirmed.
I could have found a much better deal elsewhere
