Scam company, don’t purchase from them
Website doesn’t function properly. Keeps sending out error messages even though order has been processed so I ended up purchasing several of the same backfriends. Despite accepting my return request and said someone would contact me to pick up the item, no courier has made contact . It’s been OVER a week and I have chased up twice. Even if busy, why is it so hard to just call and schedule a pickup for a far away date? It’s a scam. Stay away from this company!

Back rest part was incorrect
Back rest part was incorrect and would not fit together. Also, no assembly videos to match my model of chair and no instructions included in the box. Posturite Support are working to resolve it but not the best impression.

Awful experience in delivery
Awful experience from start to (nearly the) finish.
After making my order for a new chair via my employer, the item was dispatched. On day of delivery, their courier, FedEx, announced I had refused delivery. This was a lie. Upon calling Posturite and FedEx, I was told it would be redelivered. This time, it was signed for, but by someone not from my home, or a neighbour. After ringing the delivery team again, I was told this was a fake proof of delivery, and the item would be returned to sender. Basically, lots of misleading and unhelpful communication from both Posturite and FedEx.
I have now received my chair, only to have missing parts (there is no pole that connects the base of the chair to the wheels). After calling Posturite, it appears this needs to be fully investigated to discover why. I don't care about why, I care about having a chair I can sit on for work, which is now delayed by 2 weeks.
Unless you have no choice (like me where my employer uses Posturite), do not use this company.

Home assessment and office equipment too - 5 stars
I had an assessment with Jonathan at home and he was great - he knew what he was talking about, gave great advice and placed the order with my company the following day.
Equipment arrived, once approved, within one week by courier.
Work equipment has arrived too and I can't wait to start using it when I get into the office in September. This will stop the aching arms, the sore back help with posture.

Very good friendly service
Me and a college were assessed in our working area and by one of your assessors. Recommendations were made and the company I work for very quickly responded to this by purchasing the necessary equipment. Still waiting for the delivery of the roller ball mouse but I am already enjoying using the new keyboard and and tablet/laptop stand. Thanks to the on time delivery from FedEx

Wear and tear signs & bad delivery service
There are wear and tear signs. Table board has mismatching drill holes. The packaging was not good and corners were not protected during shipping.
There was no instruction manual provided for assembly.
Most importantly, it was not door service. Delivery person kept it near building door causing risk for kids and old people.
