Poor service
Sadly, the service from Posturite has been incredibly poor. From product specialists that give out wrong advice, returns that haven't yet been picked up to confusing self-assembly instructions including in inches when the product is in centimetres. The live chat service takes an inordinate amount of time to get responses. Would not recommend.

Symon delivered the chair and items. He put the chair together and got it into the house and upstairs or me. Adjusted all the settings for me. He was friendly and answered all my questions. A smooth and simple experience. Thank you.

Great Chair
Great delivery, well packaged, I wasn't sure about assembly as there were no instructions, but it was pretty simple once I had evverything out of the box. The chair is a huge step up from my old basic desk chair. Welcome to comfort and support!

Chair repairs - outstanding service
Excellent service. I have an old office chair I inherited from work in 2020 and it needs a couple of repairs. Posturite answered my intial enquiry within hours, and two days later I have the spares and a fitter is booked to do the repair. Cannot fault their service. Definitely 5 stars.
