So far so good, the contact has been excellent and the lovely guy who came out to assess me was fab and took everything very serious which is what I needed, he listened and gave me lots of useful help and information too. I have not got the chair yet, it has been delivered so that was super quick which is brilliant and I'm booked in for the 18th to get it set up so I can then go back into the office.

Easy to order and good value
Good information on the website and very quick delivery. Good value for money. The wheeled laptop bag I received is good quality - if a little large for my liking. However it wheeled very well across the city, easy to manoeuvre and coped well with uneven surfaces. Haven't carried it on my back (which would defeat the object of purchasing it atm) but it is a little bulky for that with the wheels and the depth. But it is possible and fairly comfortable if needed to carry. Could be a little lighter, but then it might be flimsy when wheeled, so I imagine difficult to get the balance right. Much better value than similar items elsewhere and the order arrived in less than 2 working days which was unexpected and appreciated. Does the job.

A wrong size table was sent. When I complained, a revised table was sent which was also of wrong size. I have still not received the ordered size table. 2 times the posturite could not send the ordered table
