I recently had a chair assembled by Posturite at my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received.
The technician was exceptionally friendly, professional, and courteous from the moment he arrived. He took great care in assembling the chair and ensured that everything was set up perfectly. What really stood out was the time he took to explain all the chair's features and adjustments in a clear and patient manner.
Rather than simply completing the installation and leaving, he made sure I fully understood how to get the best ergonomic support from the chair. He carefully demonstrated the various settings, explained how to adjust them to suit my posture and working style, and answered all of my questions without rushing.
His knowledge, attention to detail, and genuinely helpful attitude made the entire experience exceptional. It's rare to come across such a high level of customer service these days, and Posturite should be proud to have representatives of this calibre.

Remarkable Service
The plastic on my eight year old Posturite RH Logic office chair arms had delaminated I reported this on Sunday and new arms arrived FOC on Tuesday! Remarkable!!

The shopping experience was easier than I expected. Simple and straight forward. Supplier communicated well post my order to ensure we were OK with the delivery fee. I loved the fact that both organisations use ORACLE which made the buying process even easier. The parcel arrived within the stipulated time. I am now enjoying my back support cushion. Within the 2 days I've used it, I am sitting up straight and feeling more comfortable while working. Thank you
