As an officer for a London local government, I've been using Posturite services for many years.
Posturite give the customer a chance to book an appointment. Their staff are polite and professional. The orders arrive on time. It is a tad expensive, but it's my company that pays for it. Overall, I'm satisfied with the headset. Now, I am waiting for the chair to arrive and hopefully I will continue to be satisfied.

Great wedge cushion to level out car seat
Excellent service with rapid delivery.
I wanted a wedge cushion because the bucket-style driver's seat in our car is too long from back to front for short people! I bought the 2" version and it has made a huge difference. Would definitely recommend.

Their calendar was full for suitable delivery options, I messaged the customer service team, and they arranged for an additional slot for my chair to be delivered
The delivery person was very patient and thoroughly explained how all the functions of the chair worked

Website search function
Website search function, Communication and service good , would have been a 5 but due to an error probably on my part but as aresult of a lack of clarity in order process i made an incorrect selection. I made a call withing minuites of placing the order but to late to stop it been dispatched . Customer service person said they would divert it but it still arived. You have with no grumble now sorted a returns label but i have to go through the trip to post office and cost of a return :(
