The staff were very helpful. Put order in over weekend, realised after I’d placed and paid for it, that il left something off. Rang on Monday morning, added the extra item and it was all delivered as one parcel.

A great find
Bought two wall lights for a good price and was very impressed with the quality of the product. for example the threaded collar which holds the shade on was a substantial piece of brass not a flimsy bit of plastic. Delivery was nice and quick.

Really impressed! Purchased lights for half the price I would have on the website I had initially found them. The delivery was really quick and the items packaged nicely. Despite being ‘open box’, the lights are perfect!

Absolutely brilliant experience with The Factory Shop - Poole Lighting! Their products are great and I recommend everyone to buy with confidence. You won't be disappointed.
