I purchased a peach and plum late last year specifying I need them for fan training this year.

Two arrived in excellent condition and suitable for what I required.

Both have burst into life this spring, and it looks like peaches have set already. This was a surprise as I was not expecting any this year.

Both trees growth is healthy with good root stocks.

This is my first time buying bare root trees and I would certainly use this company again after this.

I have bought fruit trees in the past and been very happy with them, so I thought I would get my children and grandchildren a fruit tree for a Christmas present, 1 to give them fruit in the future 2 for them to remember me every time they pick some and 3 to help save the planet 🌍
I ordered 7 trees and only one had a little problem, but this has been resolved, great company to deal with and I’ve already recommended them to other people and will do in the future 👍

It was very easy to order the fruit trees I wanted & my order arrived within a reasonable time & it was all packaged carefully. The trees are growing well.

First time ordering from this company, as they were one of the few sites that had the variety I wanted. My tree and blueberry bush arrived in Spring and both were good quality plants with plenty of buds on and well packaged so they arrived safely. All planted now and hopefully should thrive. I will definitely look at using them again next time I want some fruit trees/ bushes etc.

Just took receipt of my second order - reasonable delivery time (just over a week) and trees and vine look in good condition. This is following apple and pear trees last year that are doing well so far in the garden.

One criticism: i've ordered bush trees instead of cordon trees because your website menu has a cherry tree header, but then cordon versions are under a different header. My mistake, but your website could be clearer... If you listed the cordon variaties alongside the bush trees such mistakes would be easily prevented. Now got to figure out where two cherry trees are going that need more space than I planned for!

Ordered a green gage tree for a birthday present and requested a prompt dispatch as I hadn’t realised the lead time. My order was advanced and I was able to gift on the special day. Brilliant to actually talk to someone and receive this service. The tree was well packed and arrived as described. I’d recommend this company to everyone.

First class service. You know that saying, you only get what you pay for? The plants I received from Pomna Fruits were some of the best I've ever seen in over 60 years of gardening. The plants were super healthy and well grown. The packaging was superb and protected the plants to perfection on their long journey to Scotland and throughout the various handling points. Absolutely delighted. Based on this, I highly recommend them.

Contacted customer service to say that apricot tree was slightly damaged and bag of fertiliser had a cane through it causing contents to spill out. Asked to send photos and within two days had received replacements for both items. We have used Pomona Fruits before and have always had very good service and the quality of the plants has been excellent. Pomona Fruits Customer Service were outstanding.

Order from them for the first time. Plants arrived in very good condition. Be warned, they don't send you dispatch information nor notify you the plants are coming. The plants just showed up! Anyway, happy with the plants quality.

The packaging was exceptional, worth every penny you pay for it. And the tree looked very healthy with a good root ball and good shoots. Would highly recommend

Ordered two apple trees. Arrived earlier than expected which was great - excellently packaged. Strong, healthy trees. I would highly recommend this company and will use them for all plants from now on. Well done Promona I’m one happy bunny 😊

Hi, I received my two cordon apple trees all boxed up. The trees look in excellent condition, clean, roots in loose compost and bagged.
The telescopic stakes are ingenious and worth buying. The screw thread end cap locks into the substrate making it easy to position the tree and backfill.
The small booklet that came in the box is well written and very comprehensive.
Shame my garden isn’t bigger as I would certainly buy more apple trees.
Before buying the trees the sales Dept were very quick to answer my questions about pollination and location. Excellent service. Easy to order on-line, safe payment system, right through to courier delivery.

The crab apple which we had purchased from Pomona died back suddenly last summer. I received helpful advice in an effort to try to revive it. When that didn't work there was no quibble about replacing the tree which arrived as promised recently. Great to see a company live up to its promises

As a first time customer I was anxious about ordering a tree online but I'm delighted that I did as the tree arrived from Pomona Fruits well-packaged and was a perfect specimen with healthy looking roots. I would happily recommend this company to others.

Pomona Fruit ltd, have been excellent with orders,and if a problems arises, they fix it immediately. No one is perfect, but Barry and team have been the best people for last 3years.

A wonderful company, I’ve ordered 14 semi-dwarfs trees: apple, prune, plums, apricot and peach in 2020. I received all the instructions needed from Pomona and best customer cares services. Now I am confident and looking for 2022 having my firsts fruits. Highly recommending Pomona, my family friends already placed their order. Definitely I will buy again from Pomona.

Pomona Fruits should not be trading. The impressive catalogue belies this disappointing company. There is nothing positive that I can salvage from my experience. I frequently buy plants online and have never received such poor quality plants and such appalling customer service as that I have had from this company. I ordered 7 fruiting plants and trees in February for a not insignificant cost of £84.70 plus delivery. Given the pandemic, the delay in delivery until well into April was acceptable but I was shocked at how small the plants were and the extremely small root balls. I reported the worst, the Mulberry, £29.95, which looked like a tiny dead stick and was told that it should be fine but, in any case, it was guaranteed for 12 months. At the beginning of August I informed Pomona that the Mulberry and 2 blackcurrants were dead sticks. I was asked for photos and obliged. I have not received an email nor anything in writing since despite several emails from me trying to get something in writing from them. Last week I phoned them about a refund, was transferred to one of the owners, an abrupt man lacking empathy who repeated time and again the terms and conditions – no refunds, only replacements and subsequently nothing in writing to confirm our conversation. So in December I might or might not receive 3 replacement plants which might or might not be alive. Pomona should be ashamed of themselves.

I have rarely written a review. This company is excellent above and beyond what would normally be expected. I can’t recommend them highly enough for plants and customer care
