I’m changing my car
I’m changing my car . So I understand I will have to pay for this . But now I’ve got a charge to take my private plate off my old car and now another charge to put it back on my new car . So not just one charge but 3. I have drove for years and paid out thousands of pounds and never used my insurance but I feel the first time I ask you to do anything all you say is charge .

My understanding is that to date only two changes have occured and you have only been charged one Policywave administration fee. If this is not the case then please contact the office to discuss. Please ask for my collegue Razak who will look into this for you.

No negotiation
Would not negotiate on price , wanted me to get quote else where and then get back to renegotiate , yes I did get lower quote on 2 other insurers , I choose to stay with policywave only because ( death in the family ) and so took the easier option , but will definitely shop around next year
