Lack of support
You have not got a properly functioning support to send you emails and clarify things. I was supposed to be refunded 66 euro and only 31 USD has been refunded and i can not understand the logic

Segundo, se quedan no sólo con el 25% de tu dinero, sino, si pueden y no insistes varias veces, con el 100%, es una estafa en toda regla, y además permitida por la AEAT
