Imagine the same institution that is supposed to be correcting our children is instead telling them not to be corrected. Many children have gravitations towards violence and rage, and Pearson would tell them to do what they love and not heed correction at all.

I wish I could give Edexcel 0 STARS. After 2 WHOLE YEARS of studying drama GCSE, you have the nerve to give me a grade 6. SIX? From being the highest achieving student and predicted GRADE 8s OR 9s, to still being the highest achieving, WITH A GRADE 6. WHAT DO YOU MEAN.

Even in my whole class, I acheived the highest with a grade 6, SHOWING YOU GOT A PROBLEM.

Watch out Edexcel.

They gave me stupid exams from secondary school to college now and they've been giving me the lowest grade results no matter how hard I tried, I'm autistic and I think they should take it easy on me.

Absolute crap. I don't understand why colleges and university use the service, other than they are lining their pockets. Terrible customer service. Website is awful. Blah, blah, blah. Going forward I'll opt out of classes that use the etext only option. Kill a few more trees for me or fix your site so it's user friendly AND stable.

I attend wor wic community college. They want me to rent the textbook “on baking” for the second time for a total of 200 bucks. Your company will not allow students to purchase this book, which would probably be around 200. Instead, you’re making us pay 200 bucks and you get to keep the book. Way to screw over students without a lot of money. I will never buy or rent a Pearson book unless required. Your pathetic. Paul

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR REVIEW, I WOULD!! DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH FIRST BEFORE ENGAGING. WE PAID 475, BUT THE DAY OF THE TEST, THEY WON'T LET US TAKE BECAUSE OF WE DIDN'T INCLUDE THE INITIAL NAME. BEWARE!

I was not able to take the exam due to my middle name was not include in my first name in the registration.

I have not included my middle name in the first name in the registration because there was no “Middle Name Box” during registration.

Worse is that there is absolutely no rebooking and no refund per their policy. Like your payment is forfeited because of the lapse that they failed to ask for your middle name.

Or they could just do a free rebooking for those case for humanitarian reason but they don’t because all they can think of is money. The exam cost too high but they don’t even have many employees to pay since the exam is assessed by AI. What a waste of money.

Cisco ccnp spcor 35-501 book is horribly written. @ authors completly different styles. They keep saying thye dont have room to give all the facts but they have 100's of paragraphs with their personal feelings about things. i dont care about you or your thoughts. I need facts and you dont give any! THis is making me thnk about being done with Cisco. if they partner with this criminal organization who knows what else shday things they are doing

They avoid issues, give multiple phone numbers to deflect from resolution, outsource to India, and put people on excessive holds. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired, over the phone and online as many reps like to argue.

Absolutely ridiculous that they lock you into a 6 month subscription. I was under the impression you could cancel anytime during the subscription. That time frame makes no sense at all especially when classes aren't even that long. I needed a book for 5 weeks, an accelerated summer course and now I'm stuck paying $9 a month for another 5 months.

Defective Markers: The markers provided during the exam were not functioning properly. They would initially write for a few seconds and then fade out, making it extremely difficult to take notes effectively—especially during the Listening and Writing sections. Unfortunately, there was no opportunity to replace the markers during the test, and this severely limited my ability to perform at my best.
2. Sudden Test Format Changes: The recent changes to the test format were implemented with little to no prior notice. Such abrupt changes are not only unprofessional but also unfair to test takers who have been preparing for months based on the previous format. In my opinion, major updates like this should be announced well in advance (ideally 3–6 months prior), giving candidates sufficient time to adapt.
3. Scoring Concerns: I also have serious concerns regarding the scoring system. Based on my preparation and performance, I strongly believe that the scores I received—especially in Listening and Writing—do not accurately reflect my actual abilities

This company provides horrible customer service. If you can, try to purchase books from somewhere else. I spent nearly 45 minutes on the phone trying to get some questions answered regarding a Chemistry book that I wanted to purchase. The agent repeatedly put me on hold because she was ill equipped to answer my questions. In fact, she could not answer any of my questions competently. As such, I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold and then no one came to the phone. So I hung up and called back and the person who answered my call didn't say anything after I asked to speak with a supervisor. Do NOT buy from this company. They don't deserve your patronage and hard-earned money.

I am shocked that Canada border security can confiscate your luggage without your knowledge fir their personal security check. They will not let you know. You will run around searching for it your relatives will wait you for an hour. And the last moment when you will report luggage missing that already will give you the paper with your name on it meaning that they took it internationally and they wanted you to stress promising to return it next day and holding it forever

I am absolutely amazed at the service I received from this company.

My windows were double glazed quite some time ago. I only had a small pane at the bottom of 1 window where condensation had started to show some 2 years ago.

The process used was as follows.

I live in a ground floor flat. A staff member was sent to measure my window from outside, which took less than 15 minutes including him telling me what happens next. Having the measurements, he returned to the shop where the new pane was to be made.

They will return this week. The job will be completed from outside. The old pane will be removed and the new one will be fitted. This will take 2minutes.

What more could any customer want?

Would never recommend to anyone just because of how awful the support team is. I purchased the Pearson plus for the study videos and some had issues playing. When I contacted support, they didn't believe me and after hours on the phone and weeks waiting on any kind of answer they couldn't get me a refund or credit to my account. They are awful and do not care about students. Videos are helpful but the customer service people are AWFUL.

I have just wasted almost an hour on the chatbot/customer care link trying to understand why a link I was referred to in a book I bought doesn't work. It's the most awful support- absolutely hopeless. In the end, I decided it would be quicker to let the author know it's not working than try and resolve via Pearson. It's embarrassing that a company as large as Pearson has such an inept customer care service! I had to share information several times even though I had provided this through the chat - and got nowhere.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. I attempted to obtain faculty support for setting up a course, but I was unsuccessful. I booked twice and received emails confirming my booking date and time, as well as the name of the person who would be supporting me. However, I never received a Zoom Meeting Link. Two Sales representatives emailed me back and provided some vague answers. One representative told me to email her if I didn't get the Zoom link. I sent her two emails, one 18 hours before the meeting, and another one and a half hours before, with high priority, but didn't hear back before the meeting started. I wonder whether they have any staff to help faculty set up a course.
