Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience with Pearson VUE.
My exam was rescheduled by them, and the notification I received clearly stated that I would be able to reschedule free of charge. However, when I tried to do this through their web app, I was still required to enter my card details and pay a €40 rescheduling fee.
I also attempted to contact support twice, but the call quality was extremely poor, with significant background noise, making it nearly impossible to understand the representatives. On top of that, the support line is a paid number, meaning I would have to spend more money just to resolve an issue that was not my fault.
It’s frustrating that in 2026, something as simple as honoring a “free reschedule” cannot be implemented properly in their system.
For a service that costs around $1000, I expected a much more reliable and customer-friendly experience.
Overall, very disappointed with both the system and the support.
