Avoid at all cost in my opinion!
Cheap for a reason
If there are any issues with the product you have purchased, forget replacement or refund.
The whole website is smoke screen, dodgy as they come.
Cage I ordered was made incorrectly, one of doors doesn't open fully, dented front section and crushed dish.

I have recently adopted an African Grey and have been shopping around for potential suppliers for his toys, etc. This company had been mentioned by , but having seen the poor reviews, and the-quite frankly-appalling replies from the business owners, I will take my business elsewhere. It is very disappointing that a supposedly professional business feels the need to respond in such an unprofessional manner to their more disappointing reviews. Surely business is not just about retention, but also attraction of new customers? Any bad review is, of course, disappointing, but the mark of a good business is surely to grow and learn from such reviews and learn, not to attack and belittle, as the seems to be the case here. This company has lost a potentially good customer here, due to the attitude, aggression and downright rudeness being displayed in their replies to less than favourable reviews.

Just to reply to the below response-I have no clue who SPE is, I have NOT used this company, and, quite frankly, the below reply just demonstrates EXACTLY why I will not be using this business.

They are the worst supplier I have found.
After my order for which I paid priority delivery, didn't hear anything for 4 weeks.
After repeated emails, they supplied half of the order and after another four weeks decided to refund me for the rest of the order but refused to refund any part of the delivery charges.
The packages supplied are near the expiry dates and have to be used fast. They seem to buy food that is nearly expired and sell it to unsuspecting clients on the internet only.

Poor customer service and after sales. Sent an item that was damaged and refused to exchange. Be extra careful with their small prints. They ask you to raise a return request online and then dont reply for days, then tell you you didn't raise the concern within 24 hours through the correct channels. Why have online returns request when they expect you to email them? They also sell products that are out of stock and their small print says they dont have to send them for 30 days! another problem with them is that you pay for 3-5 days delivery and weeks later you'd be chasing them for an update on your delivery and then they feel like it they will send you an abrubt one liner. Absolute joke after sales.

Ordered a travel cage to collect a rescue. Was a bit dubious at first as cheaper than all sites and doesnt seem to be a big well known company, but went ahead and ordered. Very quick communication by the company via email. Very quick delivery. The item was packaged well and came in perfect order. Very happy. Will definately be ordering again.

I purchased a large Java Perch for my African grey... its beautiful my parrot loves it... I rang the shop to speak to someone about delivery the guy that answered was friendly and informative.. and my perch arrived the next day.. I will be buying again from parrot supplies... thank you.. my parrot is really happy...

I was nervous about ordering from a website I hadn't used before, but I like to support smaller businesses when I can. It's hard not to when their prices are also the best around!

Items delivered of very good quality and extremely well packaged.

I've been using this company since owning our macaws. Great service, great products, great prices, if ever I've had an issue I've sent an email n its been sorted straight away even when it's my own fault for forgetting an item that I needed. They have always been happy to help x

I have shopping here for a while now mainly for toys and foods and I have always been impressed with the prices compared to all other websites plus the great customer service and all the help I have got via email, this review is for the "Rainforest Cages Nova 2" I ordered it on Tuesday morning and got it Wednesday morning, I could not believe how fast it arrived!! its such a large cage and came on a pallet, Its fantastic quality and offers my Macaws do much room, defiantly 5 out 5

I'm so pleased I purchased this parrot cage from parrot supplies at the great price I paid, other retailers sell the exact same cage for £800 and the price I paid at parrot supplies was only £610 - (WHAT A SAVING) and fantastic quality our two African greys love their new homes so much space for them, purchased the item on the 3rd May and it was delivered on the 4th May on a pallet. fantastic company we will most certainly be back to buy toys and food I have saved you as our favourite parrot shop.

I placed an order on 15th April for Nutri-berries. The website stated that the items I ordered were in stock and delivery 2 - 3 days. I was happy with the price so I placed the order. I waited a few days and contacted the company to enquire where the order was. I was informed it was out of stock. It is almost 2 weeks later and several emails have now been exchanged. Not once did the company reach out with any form of communication to update me on the status of the order. I had to initiate the process each time. I was eventually sent an email telling me the order had been despatched. I waited a few more days and contacted the company again, only to be told the items were still not in stock. I have since requested a refund but no answer as of yet.

I ordered due to the prices being very good. I had also read good reviews. However, I have since located not so good reviews and wish that I had seen them earlier. My situation is ongoing and I am in the process of chasing up my refund.

UPDATE ON REVIEW: Items received today.

Right I have been a good customer, had multiple purchases although all with slow delivery, delayed delivery and no heads up until you contact them. I've been patient and polite. Well that changed out of the blue they wanted to charge £20 extra because of where I lived bearing in mind they never did before. This was after I queried where the items were after 6 days of purchasing and hearing nothing .. I paid the money told them I was unhappy and would expect faster delivery as the items were needed and their response was to cancel the order, refund and tell me to not order from them again. They clearly don't need the business so I will go shop somewhere that does. I cannot believe they still have a business.

I am awaiting a delivery of a parrot cage which had been ordered on 31st of March, I have contacted the company many times asking for tracking number and no reply. I rang parcelforce who have nothing down to be delivered to my address, so it appears it has not been dispatched to them although Parrot Supplies emailed to say it had been. Please if you read this can you forward the tracking number or I will need to go through the bank and class this company as a scam.
So just to update as I've been waiting for the refund to clear what a shambles of a company absolutely RUDE! only got a reply once I had put up this review. I was told that he/she was just checking there emails this was 7 days later yes I'd sent a good few emails to ask questions and panicked when I was not getting any response via email or phone calls. So in the reply I was told .....

It would be a rather niche scam, I would assume a scammer would be better trying to sell things like iPhones, PS5s, Tvs etc

Ok so how is it my fault that you can't run good customer service! I should not have to keep emailing, I offered just to get a tracking number so I would of chased the delivery myself!
Your emails were SHOCKING AND RUDE! You didn't give me any option as to if I wanted to wait or have a refund you were just out right RUDE!
May I suggest you you take someone on that can help your business run successfully. I have never ever had anyone make me feel so bad for trying to make a purchase.

I would highly recommend Northern Parrots although I didn't order from them they were so helpful.

I ordered a large bird cage. It was really good value and was a lot cheaper than other websites were selling the same cage for.
I placed my order and emailed the company the next day, just to confirm when it would be dispatched.
The company were very fast to respond and had actually dispatched it that same day!
It arrived the next day in perfect condition.

So impressed with my experience that I have placed a further order with them for parrot toy and a carry bag.

The parrot cage I bought is fantastic highly recommend and the service I received was excellent.
