Swift delivery of my large parrot cage, packed really well, no damage, instructions were minimal so you need your macano head on. The company does need to send customers an invoice via email or text msg, I never received this with the parrot cage. I've placed another order for parrot food and toys, again I've received no email of invoice or date of delivery. Helen Nicholson

Visited the shop on Friday - wow! It’s 45 minutes from us and we were totally prepared to be disappointed but oh my goodness, it was absolutely worth the trip.
So much choice, aisles of cages on display, so you can properly compare them.
Could not believe the variety of toys, we had to rein ourselves in!
The quality and prices are excellent.
And then, to top it all off, the guys were delightful, really happy to help.
Already planning a return trip 😊

Great customer service replied emails same day was looking for delivery in Ireland and told me I probably get cheaper buy on Amazon as delivery to Ireland would cost more can say I looked and you pay £100 more on any other site for the same Java stand but it did show they weren’t just after profit so went ahead with my order they shipped it next day I had delivered to Northern Ireland as I live on the boarder it was with me in 3 days the stand was easy to assemble and excellent Quality my blue gold macaw loves it normally takes long time to take to anything new as many macaw owners will understand she in love with it the first night looks so more natural seeing her on this rather than a cage

Very fast delivery on XL cage, Liberta Endeavor beautiful cage and great price compared to other retailers.
Instructions arnt the best but easy enough to construct

Through absolutely no fault of theirs, the cage we ordered wasn't up to spec. Parrot Supplies arranged a courier to collect the cage, we carefully packaged it up and returned it, and a full refund has been issued.

Sometimes things don't go to plan, it's the way that it's dealt with that counts. Parrot Supplies have earned my trust and my custom, thank you.

Just called into the new warehouse/shop to buy new swing/perches and toys for my African grey and omg what a fantastic and well priced shop,will definitely make it my new go to buy parrot shop....thank you for your excellent service....

Always wait ages for delivery.
My last order i only received half of order and they said bouncing swing would arrive later,it never did.
Still months later after numerous emails...Nothing

Very very slow to deliver then only part delivered and claimed that the full order had been delivered. Make sure you take pictures to prove what's in the box.

Purchased a Rainforest Equador II parrot cage. Arrived fast and in perfect condition. Kept informed of when it would arrive, spot on. Definitely buy from again, and their prices are best I found. 5 stars

I ordered a budgie cage (Amazona 2) unfortunately it was out of stock.
I decided to get the Amazona 1, they sorted it and I received it the next morning.
The cage is perfect for my 2 budgies, plenty of room for them.
I'm really pleased.

Great service we ordered a parrot cage on Sunday and it was delivered by Wednesday, a great price the cheapest we saw offered, great communication from company and DX delivery company, no damage great delivery driver too, very happy with the quality of parrot cage, Senegal parrot perfectly housed, would use again to purchase parrot products 5*.

Ordered a swing feeder from their Ebay site then realised its not due for delivery for 8 weeks. Won't reply to my messages, doesn't answer the phone and I can't cancel the purchase. £40 lost...for now but I'm pursuing it!

Do not buy. You have been warned. Misrepresentation of the parrots toys. Meant to be 24 inches long. Actually 10 inches long. Said that toys varies on batch to batch. As I had used it then all I was wanting was a partial refund. But he has refused.

Ordered items and delivered within 4 days. Very well packed arriving undamaged. Ordered parrot swivel feeders the trio ones and double ones absolutely superb and quality is excelient. Wish we had seen these years ago. Thankyou Parrot Supplies will definitely use you again.

I brought a parrot stand from parrot supplies. After reading the reviews I was a little worried about buying from them but I thought I’d give them a go. There wasn’t nothing to worry about. My stand was posted same day I purchased for it. Within a couple days it was here. No issues at all. Price of this was cheapest I found and I searched everywhere. So thank you for a bargain and fast delivery.

Great service, we ordered 3 large parrot cages to update our flocks living quarters, all cages arrived within the agreed timeframe and are just what we wanted and we would recommend parrot supplies to our parrot friends.
The parrot toy packs look great also we will be adding a couple of them on our next order.
