The Parmenion platform is one of the easiest to navigate that I have encountered. The portfolios I have invested in have performed extremely well and I am very happy with all aspects of my pension with Parmenion

Me and my partner opened a Junior ISA account for my daughter when she was born. We ask friends and family to put money in instead of presents for birthdays and Christmas. It was easy to set up, we were able to invest in ethical investments and the staff have always been really helpful. The investment has done so well we opened an account for our son a few years later when he was born. It’s reassuring to know we’re investing for their future, and they’ll be able to access that money when they turn 18

Lost money and charged for managing my money badly.

Maybe other fund managers are good but this one is not.

Losing my money rapidly and getting it transferred out to a cash ISA is proving difficult. They want certified ID to get at my own money. I had to pay the post office to do certification. So I have to pay to transfer my own money out of a company that I never really invested with in the first place. What I did invest in was a PEP with Britannia Finance years ago, and eventually its ended up with Parmenion. My investment has lost 5k in 21 months - and its supposed to be actively managed.

I did get the money transferred out in the end and Parmenion were helpful in doing that as a result of this review. Moving investments should be a simple single point of contact for customers and I think maybe transferring Cash ISA to Cash ISA may well be in most cases, but beware, transferring a Fund held ISA into a cash ISA is often far from painless!

Appalling customer service. Requested a transfer out on 21February 2023.
Nothing has happened despite phone calls forms etc etc . Don’t seem to know what they are doing.Being given the run around . Am putting in a formal complaint to FCA

I've found that Parmenian offer an easy to understand, informative and diverse service. Their tools makes it easy to get into investing. Their charges are also low. Obviously investing is for the mid to long term, and their managed funds generally perform very well if you don't need to access funds in the short term.

£50k invested in Dec 2021 - end June 2022 worth c£43k. Investments can go down! Premium Bonds have done better.

This company provides extremely poor customer service be warned. Unfortunately I took a pension out with this company at the recommendation of my advisor. My advisor retired, parmenion won't deal with me direct, won't recommend another advisor (its against the regulations !) And won't deal with a regulated pension advisor who is not registered with then.
What a joke of a company, typical of the computer says no brigade. It would be funny if they didn't have my money.
Find a pension company who want to communicate with you, I've found out since there are plenty out there, avoid Parmenion at all costs.

I see Parmenion have just commented on the review I posted back in June. If this doesn't say everything you need to know about this company I don't know what does !

Don't put your money with them if you want access to it.

We have a large investment with Parmenion and are buying a new Flat. We wanted some out of each of our accounts. It is our Money and we should have access as we want it. They would not process straight away they have to hold a meeting. Then we wanted it paid direct in to the bank to save time. OH NO. they would not do that either the first withdrawal has to be by Cheque. Not only are we subject to postal delays but we have to go to a bank in the middle of a pandemic which we do not want to do but then we have to wait three days for it to clear. If you want control of your money DO NOT USE PARMENION

Very poor service from Parmenion, they refused to take my instructions on how to deal with my funds and as a result I lost a lot of money from my pension scheme. Their service levels and portal are not consistent with what they told me in their response. Very poor client service, I won't be using them again, avoid this company at all cost.
And I have recording of them talking between themselves and Informed Pensions that evidence their treatment of me without respect and dignity.
