Panache Cruises Recenzje

We just completed the first cruise we booked with Nikki Chitwood and we have already booked two more. On the cruise we completed, we had a change in plans after booking and she provided suggestions on alternative cruises and she seamlessly made the necessary changes. She was very responsive to our questions from beginning to end and helped make our cruise enjoyable. In each of our dealings, she has been very helpful and responsive. She was very knowledgeable on the cruise line we selected and she handled all or our dealings in a professional manner. We highly recommend her.

Outstanding service from Georgia, once again, as ever, never different. I believe I'm 40+ cruise experiences now, but never more confident than with Georgia's care and attention to detail and customer satisfaction

Just booked another cruise with Catherine . Excellent Service , nothing too much trouble

Nicola was very patient and worked to find the right deal!

The rating of 4 stars is because this is my second day of planning a cruise that will not occurr for another 11 months. To date all has gome smoothly I'm confient that will continue.

Karen once again made booking so easy .She found us all the discounts available and applied them to our cruise

Our agent, Jill Hurst , gave us a very good service. She was able to give us all the information we needed and was patient while we made our decision. All this was done with good humour. Thank you

Rita was great to deal with. She was informative and helped to choose a cabin that was in a good location on the ship. Rita was happy to go the extra mile.

Susan at Panache Cruises has been extremely helpful with the planning of our extended families Mediterranean cruise. She has compared deals and put forward several detailed quotes for our consideration. She took the time to speak with me on the phone at length and answer all of my questions in detail. She has a wide range of experiences with different cruise companies. Susan also completed our quote over a long weekend so that we could take advantage of a sale.

Friendly discussion about the possibilities for the Rhone cruise I was interested in and I was happy with the booking I made.

Ben was very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions. Very organised . Would certainly book with him again

Lisa Buckley was very knowledgeable and made booking our trip stress free. We will definitely use her to book our next trip

I have just booked a cruise to the Arctic Circle and Wendy Mulholland, our Cruise Connoisseur could not have been more helpful. An existing cruise deposit was cancelled and refunded within a couple of days. The new cruise was all sorted within an hour. Wendy had confirmed the latest prices and reserved our suite of choice with the cruise line. Always good value, I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

From the first enquiry to booking,Jen was very helpful & patient with all my questions, as it’s our first cruise.
Excellent advice & information given about our chosen cruise. Jen made each step of the booking process easy .Excellent service.

Wendy was professional , knowledgeable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble .

Knowledgeable cruise consultant.
Good prices

Can't recommend Jill Hurst at Panache enough in booking my Silversea cruise. She was clear and concise about the price structure and everything else involved. Her quote was clear and very informative sent on email. One other thing she was never pushy, just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

We started to use Kathryn Waites a few years ago and have enjoyed her help and advice in booking various cruises around the world.
Kathryn has helped us navigate the complicated and competitive nature of cruise pricing and Panache's 'Founders Points' reward us for our loyalty.

Speak to Karen, I can't rate her highly enough, she held our hand from the start and apart from booking the cruise and cabin we wanted, she managed to save us £1100. We will definitely use Panache again for our next cruise.
