Panache Cruises Recenzje

This is our first cruise and we wanted it to be just right. Our Cruise Connoisseur Joe Hawkins was knowledgeable, gave great suggestions and our booking went through smoothly. We look forward to sailing the Caribbean on the Seabourn with our friends in February!

Katy was very helpful and for any questions that she couldn't answer straight away, she found the answer very quickly. Very efficient all round

Ben was both knowledgeable and personable. No push to sell and happy to answer questions with a good amount of information regarding different cruise lines.

They may be a new company with only five years trading, but they also gave us five star treatment and service to add. Nicola was always in our loop, for the 2 to 3 weeks it took us to decide our world cruise operator. Not pushy, very courteous and understanding on what we required for our dream journey. Where some companies bluff only 2/3 cabins now available, she was honest and helpful.

Personal follow-up by the same person was good. Friendly and efficient attention to detail, with no errors along the way.

10/10/2026 Rita was so helpful and pleasant. Everything was dealt with in a very efficient manner. Could not have been better. Thank you
Chris McBride

Excellent,friendly and knowledgable service.

Efficient friendly service from Nicola and cheaper than booking direct. Thank you

Contact with advisor.

A very speedy response from Nicola Tempest-Mitchell before our enthusiasm was allowed to wane with a competitive quotation

Clearly understood what I was looking for. Very quick response

They understood what we required and delt with it extremely efficiently. Also they offered the same cruise substantial cheaper than the cruse company.

Kathryn at Panache was fantastic in assisting us booking our Antarctica cruise. She had been herself and passed on her knowledge. She also gave a fantastic price. First time of using panache and won’t hesitate to use again. We cruise and holiday extensively so it’s been good to use a new person/company.
Their founders programme is a big draw too. We spend a lot on cruises so the opportunity to collect points/money off future cruises is brilliant.
Definitely recommend Kathryn and Panache.

Very professional, friendly and efficient service from Jacob who obviously knows this business.

Robert Ledsham was very professional. He gave me excellent advice and was very helpful with the booking process. I would be more than happy to use Panache cruises again in the future

Great efficient service. Provided all the information needed to make an informed decision before booking.

We just completed the first cruise we booked with Nikki Chitwood and we have already booked two more. On the cruise we completed, we had a change in plans after booking and she provided suggestions on alternative cruises and she seamlessly made the necessary changes. She was very responsive to our questions from beginning to end and helped make our cruise enjoyable. In each of our dealings, she has been very helpful and responsive. She was very knowledgeable on the cruise line we selected and she handled all or our dealings in a professional manner. We highly recommend her.

Outstanding service from Georgia, once again, as ever, never different. I believe I'm 40+ cruise experiences now, but never more confident than with Georgia's care and attention to detail and customer satisfaction

Just booked another cruise with Catherine . Excellent Service , nothing too much trouble

Nicola was very patient and worked to find the right deal!
