We've just had a great experience booking a 2028 combined cruise & multiple city / hotel package with Panache Cruises. While we were pretty certain of the cruise provider, we only had a rough idea of what we wanted from the rest of the trip. From initial contact to making the booking, Rob Ledsham was an absolute star, making suggestions on cities to visit, hotels to consider and cruise cabin to choose, patiently re-working the overall itinerary as we changed our preferences, before presenting us with the "total package" of flights, transfers, hotels, the cruise and even some rail travel. A truly bespoke package that was just what we were looking for. I can't recommend Rob and Panache Cruises highly enough and I'm sure we'll be back to use their services again.

They may be a new company with only five years trading, but they also gave us five star treatment and service to add. Nicola was always in our loop, for the 2 to 3 weeks it took us to decide our world cruise operator. Not pushy, very courteous and understanding on what we required for our dream journey. Where some companies bluff only 2/3 cabins now available, she was honest and helpful.

Personal follow-up by the same person was good. Friendly and efficient attention to detail, with no errors along the way.
