Excellent customer services
Everyone I have spoken to at Ornamental Trees has been very helpful.
Unfortunately the Amelanchier tree had some damage on delivery due to a disintegrated box and poor handling.
The tree appears to be healthy, is an attractive shape and I am happy with my purchase which seems to be good value.
Advice on pruning was easy to follow.

wrong product wrong delivery
The wrong product delivered to the wrong address. The wrong product is good quality and I decided to keep it as I spent too much time trying to sort out the delivery without success. I picked it up from the address to which it was delivered. I ordered a hibiscus tree (grafted) and got a normal shrub.

Tree delivered promptly and well packaged
Good clear website , 2 m forest pansy was available and it was delivered in strong packaging ahead of promised date. Tree looks to be in good order and is a good size and shape albeit it is just in bud.

Great trees
I’ve ordered from Ornamental Trees a couple of times now. They have a wide selection of trees, the website is straightforward to use and trees with specific characteristics easy to identify, the pricing is good and delivery is prompt. When the trees arrive, they’re well packaged and in good condition - let’s hope they grow!

Brilliant customer service. I was able to choose the tree I wanted from a photograph. The tree was despatched within a reasonable time scale, well packaged and delivered as per instructions.

Very pleased with my experience with Ornamental Trees
I ordered three young trees/shrubs from Ornamental Trees. Two were in rude health and I was very pleased with. One was sadly not in good shape at all. I contacted customer service and they immediately apologised, explained the situation and arranged a free replacement, also providing pictures before shipment to ensure I was happy with it. I've recently dealt with another online plant shop where I've encountered similar issues and I didn't receive good customer service at all. It was refreshing and reassuring to see Ornamental Trees acted in the polar opposite way, by providing excellent customer service and offering to fix the issue promptly. I will be using it again in the future no doubt, for its service, ample choice of trees and shrubs, and competitive prices.

Birthday gift
I bought a tree for my mums birthday and was concerned it wouldn't arrive on time when it despatched later than I expected. I contacted the sales team and they put a note on the order to ensure it arrived before my mums birthday which was really kind and helpful - thanks Holly!
Also the tree is the perfect size and has blossomed already, can't wait to see it full size!

All the trees arrived together in 4 weeks. I was emailed, so I knew when they were going to arrive. The trees all seemed to be healthy and were not damaged during transit.
