Look no further than this amazing company for trees. Their customer service is absolutely second to none - they pulled out all the stops to help find the right tree for us, giving advice and arranging super fast delivery so we could plant a beautiful memorial Rowan tree for our Mum this Mothering Sunday - even following the tracking from their end to make sure it arrived safely. Excellent Customer Service
It would have been five stars as the quality of trees is excellent but a delay in order and then the wrong tree being delivered was disappointing. However Customer Service could not be faulted as they were in constant communication to address the problem. I certainly would use them again.

Staff were helpful and sympathetic. No quibbling about lost plant. Shrub in good condition when it arrived. Expensive but worth the money ( and the wait!)

Thank you for your review Tony. I would like to clarify the points you have raised.
Unfortunately, it is very difficult to compare trees that were ordered a year apart. Your tree has had an additional year of growth in a new environment, whereas your sister’s tree is a year younger and may also have come from a different supplier.
We have responded to your email, and the reply was sent by our Customer Services Team Lead after reviewing the images you provided. From the images, we can see that the tree appears as expected for its age and has already come into flower.
If you are not satisfied with the email response you received, please do come back to us and we will be happy to review this further.
I’m so unbelievably happy
I’m so unbelievably happy with this beautiful little Amelanchier Robin Hill tree that recently arrived! It is a perfect specimen for me and in wonderful condition! I researched the most suitable tree to replace a willow that was going to grow too large for the position, but had some difficulty finding anyone locally who was selling a Robin Hill. But now I have the perfect shaped tree thanks to Ornamental Trees! I’m thinking about buying something else now to add to the garden, I just love this website!
