Very pleased with the trees I ordered. Usually, when you order a plant or a tree and pick a size, the one that arrives is a spindly thing with only a single twig that reaches the minimum height. The 4 trees I ordered were magnificent specimens, much larger and more mature than I expected - thank you

I had read rave reviews and was not disappointed. Paul was helpful, thorough and efficient in guiding me through the LPA process, explaining everything clearly and logically. He was also very responsive to texts and emails and was exceptionally speedy. I would highly recommend him to others.

I found it very straightforward to design the card, upload the photos and order online. The card arrived very quickly (within 24 hours even though I didn't pay the higher rate) and is excellent quality. Also I thought good value for money - very pleased. Will definitely order again.

I received a very high quote for probate (£10,000) for what seemed a pretty straightforward will, so looked for alternatives and even considered applying myself. Then I found UK Probate Ltd and their fixed-fee service (£750). Like other reviewers, I have found them to be excellent in every way. Sue was very approachable and helpful and responded to all my emails and questions switly and knowledgeably. I would not hestitate to recommend to others.

When our cat needed her eye removed (it was badly damaged in a cat-fight), my heart sank at the thought of a £3500 bill. Fortunately, she was insured with Petplan. Although I paid upfront for the surgery, I was reimbursed within days. I didn't even have to put in a claim form - the veterinary surgery staff did that for me. There were no questions or quibbles, just a rapid acknowledgement and reassurance that the claim was being processed and that I would be reimbursed. Highly recommended

I ordered a Virgin Experience Day (Up at the O2) as a 16th birthday present but lost the voucher. I emailed Virgin and they (Sharon and Tamara) were very helpful, quickly resolving the issue by sending me another voucher. Many thanks indeed!

I have used Make my Blinds before and have always found them to be quick and reliable, and the blinds have always been good quality. They can also manage larger blinds (not all companies can) and have a lot of choice. I like the fact that you can insure them too, in case you make a mistake with measurements. This time, there was a minor issue with one of the parts (a ring was broken on arrival). Make My Blinds were very quick to respond to my phone call and quickly resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend them and use them again

Miss Maid was very well organised and quick to respond to emails. They were competitively priced - slighly lower than several other companies I contacted for quotes. The cleaner arrived on time with all her own cleaning equipment and was very pleasant and thorough. Would definitely use them again

Good engineer who arrived promptly and helpfully cleared the blocked drain. However, the company is sneaky in the way they bill you - beware! I received a verbal and email contract which stated £120 + VAT for call out and investigation, plus a fixed price for anything that needed doing (but prices not provided). I knew the blockage required use of a chain machine (dont know what its proper name is) but they gave no quote for this or any other subsequent procedure. In the end they charged me £1895+VAT=£2274 (for a total of 1 hours work). Far higher than I expected - no hint was given that the bill would be in this range

I had heard positive things about these courses and it lived up to my expectations. It was interesting and surprisingly enjoyable. I learnt new things and was reminded of things I had forgotten, especially the risks of speeding. I am a cautious driver and this was my first speeding offence in over 40 years but I am resolved it will be my last.

Good sports bra though on the large size (normally I take a small but the extra small fitted better)

She saved us hours of fruitless searching and we were able to find a very suitable place for my mother very quickly

Lovely cooker - just as we hoped

Very pleased with our futon. It is sturdy and well made, instructions were easy to follow and it was straightforward to put together, even for one person on their own. It converts to a bed very easily. Fabric (Cornish blue) was a bit dull (rather grey than blue) but otherwise entirely satisfied.

This is the second time I have bought fabric from JustFabric - this time to make a pair of lined curtains. As before, the material was very good quality and I am very pleased with the result. I would not hesitate to use them again and to recommend them to others.

Wanted to cover an old office chair and kneeling stool chair that have become very worn and discoloured. Fabric has just arrived and I am very pleased with it - even nicer than I hoped. Lovely quality - highly recommended.

Very good blinds - fit well despite our windows being pretty old. Sturdy and shut out the light well. Helpful in responding to my queries too.

We have travelled by snow express from Victoria to Val Thorens on several occasions and always found them to be excellent. They are reliable, efficient and professional but also friendly and helpful, for example when making changes to bookings. The drivers have always been very good. Their prices also compare favourably with other companies.

I ordered 2 identical bunches of flowers (mixed roses and stocks), one for my mother and one for my aunt, as birthday presents. I wasn't worried about the delivery times because they both live in flats and I knew there was always someone there to take them in. So I did not pay extra for a particular time of day. The flowers for my mother arrived at 9.45pm (she was already in bed). The stocks were all dead by the morning. I think the flowers for my aunt arrived earlier and weren't in such bad condition but I would not risk this experience again
