Novasol was the company responsible for an apartment in Torremolinos. Although the reservation was initiated through a listing published by Novasol on a third-party partner’s website, the entire booking process was redirected to Novasol’s own parallel platform. Regardless, the contract should honor the conditions presented on the partner’s website.
During the process, I had many doubts, but Novasol’s customer service was unhelpful. The staff were unclear, avoided addressing key issues, and often gave vague or contradictory answers — showing a lack of professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy.
The advertised amenities did not match reality: the pool, listed as available all year, was closed (apparently for quite some time), and the private parking mentioned in the listing was not provided. These two factors were decisive in my decision to book this property. At check-in, I raised both issues, and the staff member suggested I request a refund directly from Novasol. When I did, they refused, claiming I should have contacted support during the stay, even though I had reported everything immediately at check-in. In other words, instead of honoring the contract, they expected me to waste part of my vacation trying to resolve failures that were entirely the responsibility of Novasol.
Another negative point was the cleaning fee: it was charged in cash at check-in, without a valid receipt, and in contradiction to the stated contract conditions (which specify payments by card or bank transfer). To make matters worse, the total amount charged was higher than advertised, which I find abusive.
There were also motion sensors and video cameras inside the house (living room and bedroom), allegedly part of the alarm system, which I consider a clear invasion of guests’ privacy. Finally, access to the house is via a staircase with 81 steps.

I booked a holiday in August cancelled it two days after they took the whole deposit as a cancelled fee .This firm us just a scam .I won't ever book with them ever again and I will tell everyone about them.

I would give this company a no star review if that was possible. We booked a villa for a week in Italy in August 2025. On arrival we contacted the key holder to be told we had cancelled our booking. Obviously we hadn't and they had been texting us all week to 'pack our bags' 'get ready for your holiday'. We found out later that someone else at the company sent an email to the key holder telling them we cancelled at the same time!
It was Sunday night and we were basically homeless in the middle of Italy. We rang Novosol many times to figure out what happened and they were awful. They refused to take responsibility or help us find anywhere else. We ended up finding a villa with another company, that was twice the price of our original villa as it was a last minute booking at peak season. Their customer service is non existent and mostly automated. Which was very evident when we got home and they sent us a review of our stay at the villa we never stayed in, saying 'we were great guests and they are looking forward to us coming back!'
Awful company stay well clear.

I booked a property through Novasol for over €2,000, expecting a relaxing holiday, but what we got was a complete nightmare. The house we were given was completely different from the one shown in the listing, and Novasol has done absolutely nothing to resolve the situation.

From the very first minute I entered the property, I told Pietro (the person who handed me the keys) that this was NOT the house I booked. The listing showed a modern home with:

A private garden → Missing

A fully working BBQ → The one provided was full of rust, with broken legs tied together with wire, impossible to use safely

A gas stove → We got a broken induction stove

A spacious L-shaped sofa → We got a tiny 2-seater sofa shoved in the corner

A multi-jet shower → Non-existent

A private washing machine → Missing

A wooden dining table → Replaced with a tiny round glass table for 2

A beautiful sea view → Instead, we had a parking lot view, and the sea was 40 minutes away

Baby cot → Missing

Smoke alarm → Missing

Basic cooking essentials → Missing

Even the layout of the house was completely different! In the booked property, the bedrooms are side by side, but in the one we got, they’re opposite each other with a corridor in between. In the listing, the oven is placed near the window and far from the stove, while in our house, it was below the broken induction stove. Also, the TV area, furniture, and overall setup had nothing in common with the advertised property — except maybe the color of the walls.

I provided clear evidence, including a video, but Novasol claims they “never received any complaint during the stay,” which is simply not true. I reported the issue immediately upon arrival, yet they ignored my messages and now refuse to take responsibility.

This is not just bad service — it’s false advertising and a scam.

Novasol’s response and customer service are unacceptable. We were four people who booked based on promises that were never delivered, and Novasol continues to deny any accountability.

Report this case to Airbnb for false advertising

Leave detailed negative reviews on Trustpilot, Google, and TripAdvisor

Report Novasol to consumer protection authorities

Do not trust Novasol! If you value your money, your safety, and your vacation, book elsewhere.

I will never use this company again ! I booked a villa for next year . I was concerned when the dates a few days later were still available on another site. I used live chat to query this and was assured of my booking as Novasol manage this property . Later that day , I get an email cancelling my booking . I replied immediately requesting my refund . Nearly 2 weeks later I am still waiting. You can only use live chat and my attempts to chase this have been unsuccessful. Today I was told it could take up to 4 weeks .
I will now be contacting ABTA.
I hope this appalling experience will stop others from doing business with this unreliable company .

It was easy to arrange the booking and inforrmation displayed was generally helpful.

So after arriving at this property, it was quite dirty, thick black slime in the food waste bucket, drainer on the sink was black and mouldy and so was the material slip underneath it, NO pool lights were broken, spider webs everywhere, other peoples dirt water bottles underneath the beds, mop bucket was really smelly and very bad Internet… the villa itself is also quite run down, decking by the pool is quite dangerous. I also contracted a very bad bug from the villa which now public health environmental health are now involved. Please be aware, this is no exaggeration…

We booked a lovely house through Novasol in Denmark, great house, great location, and a warm week with temperatures regularly around 25 and up to 30 on some days.
Needless to say I was horrified when we received a bill for £370 for energy while we were at the property (And representing about 50% of the total cost of the stay), and even worse to discover that £350 of it was for heating (which we hadnt used the entire week)!! Now while we were expecting to pay for energy and may have expected a small amount of heating to cover the hot water, but that should have been tiny, maybe £20-30 at the most. We have been complaining to Novasol for over a month now but with little luck, so far all we have had is a £50 reduction and have established that the bill was not actually based on our consumption but instead an average. Either way beware and if you have already booked make sure you take photos of the meters at the beginning and end of your trip.

Easy and straightforward booking, confirmation was quick

A great 10 day stay in Tecastagni, Sicily. The villa was superb, modern and catered all our needs. The swimming pool was the selling point into us booking the villa.Alfio the manager was very helpful and friendly, and resolved an issue with hot water asap. The location of the villa was ideal to visit Catania and Taormina and Etna, and other places. All in all an excellent holiday.

Previous guests were still in the villa, it had not and was not cleaned.
Impossible to speak to anyone at Novasol, no phone number or help! Never again
