A simple booking process. One trip u fortunately had to be cancelled. Once Novasol had been supplied the professional verification letter, they issued a refund within two days.

Het huis was helemaal niet goed onderhouden. Zowel buiten als binnen vol met spinnenwebben, de TV werkt niet, de keukenkasten plakken bij het openen, de glazen waren nog vuil, muizenvallen in de badkamerkasten,... .Men kan zeker niet spreken van 2 badkamers. De ruimte waar er een douchecabine is geplaatst is ontzettend klein en vuil. Er is amper ruimte om je af te drogen. Je betaald veel voor wat je krijgt. We hebben bij aankomst telefonisch contact gehad met Novasol omtrent onze bevindingen. Ze hadden ons beloofd dat ze de dag nadien tussen 9u en 13u iemand gingen sturen om alles opnieuw proper te maken. We hebben niemand gezien en ook niets meer gehoord.
Het enige positieve aan het huis is de ligging, dicht tegen Aarhus.

We are requesting a refund for the following dangerous and unfair reasons:
We booked for 7 days and left after 2 days because:

Host said we must leave early.
Host kept on coming round invading our privacy while we was getting dressed.
Host kept on looking thru windows like perverts.
Host set up mirrors to look thru windows.

Unfair advertising reasons:
Area is remote and derelict rundown.
A car is necessary but is not listed on advert. We didn’t come to have a driving holiday. We come to have a relaxing time with our family.
Area is disgusting. It looks like a bomb site. I have also video proof of this. It is scary. There are no street lights anywhere.
Houses in the area are falling down and dangerously unsafe we was not made aware of this.
Closest shops are realistically far away for any child or human to be walking this is not a hiking holiday.
Bringing your own food is essential for survival reasons as there are no shops as mentioned this should also be mentioned on the advertising.
There was also an 80 euro cleaning charge that was not mentioned on any bookings.

Safety reasons:
Host added so much chlorine to pool on 2 occasions we had breathing problems.
Hosts as video proof we have shooting air rifles in garden next to our children in garden.
Host had lethal weapons in the garage we found an ax that anyone could’ve picked up and killed us with. I had to bring it in the house.
fireworks being thrown in the garden.

For these reasons we require a full refund. This email will be sent to all the relevant authorities that took our hard earned money and now we are left without a family holiday and the children are completely traumatised. From this experience. We will also be seeking compensation for other losses.

As we have not heard of you or from you like you have promised we will now start noting everything down and leave relevant reviews on the Internet so other tourists are aware of the properties your actions and the reasons we have listed

We are requesting a full refund back. This property is fully available after two days and we are waiting to hear from you as soon as possible.

Very easy, efficient and quick

A property we rented specifically because it had two bathrooms which we needed as we were two couples and wanted privacy. The upstairs shower room was unusable due to the shower door not fitting tightly. We tried showering three times and the resulting flood was unacceptable. A clean up job each time! We reported it to the housekeeper who said several people had complained but the owner did nothing. On our return to the UK we emailed novasol and were told that we did not have a complaint as the shower was working. As far as novasol were concerned having to mop the floor was not a problem. Not good enough and VERY poor service.
Novasol has cornered the market for rental properties in France so it's difficult to find a company that offers such a wide choice but the customer service is abysmal.

I rented Villa Sophia in Tuscany from Novasol, first of all I wasn't told that I'll have to pay for electricity used till after my booking, upon arrival on Sat we found out there was no hot water in the villa, we had no hot water till Tuesday, some 4 days later, I kept contacting them, only to be told they had informed the person who was the key holder!!
Also no wifi for the whole duration of my 2 weeks stay which meant no internet access for our phones and computer and no tv, I kept informing Novasol they kept telling me it's getting sorted the next day !! at the end they offered a derogatory 180 Euros, it cost us more than that for the data use over the 2 weeks, not mentioning the lack of entertainment and loss of business for not being able to stay in touch via computer, I shall not use them again and would not recommend them.

Having used Novasol in the past it was an easy decision to return this year. Even used the chat to clarify some points which were dealt with quickly.
Now looking forward to the holiday.

We’d used Fincallorca before so headed back to the Novasol website to look for a villa for our 2026 summer holiday in Mallorca. As always they have a great selection of high quality properties and we quickly found one that suited our requirements and tastes. Checking dates for availability was really simple as was the booking process. All in all a great booking experience and if our previous holiday is anything to go by, we expect the in country service to be just as good.

Brilliant company. Staff in Greece very helpful and responsive. Villa was great and staff were on hand for any questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend Novasol.

Easy to book on line and to manage booking through the online account. It would be better if there was a call centre to speak with a sales assistant but the online service was very helpful itself.

The holiday home was exactly as it was described on the website and as it was represented in the photos. We had a lovely holiday.
