I ordered a mattress topper online at Christmas and after numerous delays it arrives at Easter! Sadly the whole time the company were still selling the said product online saying 3 weeks to make when the product they needed was unavailable as being shipped from Australia. No doubt this bad review will be followed by a stunning one.

Unfortunately it is to early to say about our duvet, but the waiting time for 12 weeks was the downside

Novadown duvets are so warm, soft and also light. We've had one for a few years now and love it so much. We needed to replace another duvet and chose Novadown again because it's the best we've found. Also if you need to contact the company for any questions they respond quickly and are helpful.

Great service, kept up to date with information when couldn't supply immediately.

I have Novadown products on all my beds. These guys are excellent to deal with. The products are great. The doctor service is awesome.

There was a delay in making and shipping my duvet, but Novadown kept me updated on the progress of my order so it wasn't a big deal at all.

I bought the goose down duvet inner, that’s feels so good. My kids and I love it so much. Only the delivery tools abit longer. Other than that, really 100% recommend.

I am so happy with my purchase. The quilt is of the highest quality. Made in New Zealand and the pricing was very competitive.

Delivery was delayed because Novadown was waiting for inputs to the manufacturing process to arrive over Christmas. They included complimentary pillows to apologise for the delay.

Very efficient, however it was a little difficult to determine the thickness of the topper pad from the description- a little more info would be helpful. Great product though.

Followed up on status via Novadown e-mail site within 10 days. Got a personal status reply within 24 hours. Received home delivery order, couriered within promised 3 week delivery time. Perfect courier packaging with goods neatly contained in storage useful zippered plastic cover bag, and in excellent condition. Superb manufacturing. Gorgeous New Zealand Fern embossed design cotton Duvet lining. Alpaca Wool is lighter than sheep wool, allowing air to breathe through, and super warm and cuddly as described . Love dealing with Novadown, this is my second big purchase, very pricey but well worth the money. Delay in my last delivery but was kept up to date on why and when I would receive my product. I would highly recommend them.
