Novadown, New Zealand’s leading manufacturer of European inspired duvets and pillows, was founded in the 1980’s in Auckland, New Zealand. You were quite slow to dispatch this …

You were quite slow to dispatch this item. I purchase online quite frequently and most other companies are quite a lot faster dispatching orders than you are (most will dispatch within 24 hours of the order being placed or the next working day).

I would not order from you again if I needed something quickly.

We were very happy with the sale price of the item we purchased.

Daisy loves her new bed!

Daisy loves her new bed! So snuggly and soft. Great for me that it is washable too. I bought the small and it fits her soft crate that is in the sitting room perfectly, it’s also so light it is perfect to use in the car and at work. You don’t have covers yet in this size but I found an old lodge pillow sized pillowcase in the cupboard, fits brilliantly.

Excellent product - worth the wait

Purchased a Hungarian Goose Down Summerweight Duvet. Excellent product, beautifully made, perfect weight for summer. A short production delay, followed by professional communication from Novadown and a new delivery timeframe, resulted in receiving our duvet plus a bamboo pillow for the wait. So 5 stars for outstanding customer service as well. Thank you, Novadown.

Recently purchased the 95% Hungarian …

Recently purchased the 95% Hungarian Goose Down Duvet. It is both very warm and light - just as they say in the advertising. We are extremely pleased with our purchase. We did make an amateur mistake however. We bought a queen size duvet for a queen bed. This does not allow for a great deal for movement during the night if there are two of you fighting for the duvet! Thankfully there is an excellent service that allowed us to send our queen duvet back and have it made into a king at a modest cost. Novadown customer service has been outstanding.
