The product we received WAS NOT what we ordered and paid for.
When I tried to get in touch, I learned the business had gone in liquidation.

Fabulous job revamping 4 feather duvets , better than new now ! Great communication and a very reasonable price , highly recommend this Company

Although I understand that the product couldn’t be supplied immediately for various reasons, the fact the payment had to be made when ordering and then delivery took place well over two months later wasn’t okay in my view. A small refund, or similar gesture, may have made up for this use of a substantial sum of my money!

I ordered a goose down pillow in November. It didn’t arrive until late January (it took 2 months for the despatch to happen.)
On the 5th January I ordered a mattress topper, it is now the 13th of February and I am still waiting to hear this order has been despatched/due to arrive.
Whilst I appreciate the stunning quality of Novadowns products I believe the company needs to address its customer service and operational systems

Made payment and never received product.

I do like the products but with this order there was a very long wait for delivery.
What should have been a Christmas present arrived end of January.
I understand all the hold ups though.

I bought Alpaca pillow.

Delivery was slow and I had to contact the service to track down about it.

However, I am satisfied with the product. I wanted to have a firm pillow and it meets my expectation.

Had to wait for 2 months until I got the duvet inners. There was no mention of that at the time of order

I understand that some of the issues I had were out of Novadowns control, but I ordered pillows last week of November and didn’t receive them until January 24th. Almost 2 months later. I did get one email stating that it was due to supply of down but that was it. Full payment had been made already in November. There was no offer to cancel order or when pillows finally arrived I thought a thank you for your patience note or email might have been appropriate.
As to the product they’re nice pillows and obviously well made but after ordering medium as the website suggested they were mid profile I find they are a little underfilled and become flat through the night, needing plumping up in the night and repositioning of the fill throughout the night.

I must just have a quick rave about my wonderful mattress topper from Novadown - it is so comfortable - like sleeping on a cloud. I have really noticed an improvement in my sleep quality since I began using the topper - it's been like magic. Great price too and delivery was super speedy - thanks so much!

We love our new duvets! We did have to wait a while for them due to issues with sourcing down, but in the end we appreciated how fast they were delivered after the factory reopened after Christmas. Communications were also great throughout. We also appreciated the flexibility to allow us to “upgrade” one of our duvets after the initial order.

Delay in receiving the duvet due to overwhelming demand. Worth the wait - fantastic quality 😀
