LOVE the product which is why I purchased replacement pillows again but went with the website. Unfortunately I waited from 2 June until the end of June to receive them as my paperwork kept going astray. I made a query via the website and Lucas answered stating the pillows were being sent but nothing arrived. Queried again and Lucas replied he had been away so had not been there to follow-up on the dispatch. A tracking number FINALLY was sent and my pillows arrived the next day! Being in Christchurch I just didn't think it should have taken THAT long.

VERY happy with the pillows but the back-ground dispatch side of things was a bit of a let down. Surprising given the reputation of company and I thought customer service deteriorated going up the country NOT down! Cheers, Sue Miller

I ordered my mattress topper from Novadown's 50% off Boxing Day sale 2017. Cancelled my order on 13 June as it still hadn't arrived and they were not sure when it would.
Was told the managing director went over to see how production was going and the product was not up to their standard so changed supplier. I was under the impression it was made in NZ so not sure what the supplier was supplying. Feathers? Very disappointed in the entire process, I was never updated on my order unless I prompted them.

Our old goose down duvet was completely revived and arrived back just in time for the really cold nights, thank you.

Every night when my 5 year old daughter went to bed she became congested and a nagging cough started. I bought her the soft asthma and anti-allergy pillow and I am amazed that from the first night she used it her symptoms disappeared. I also bought two medium asthma and anti-allergy pillows for my older children as well. They find the profile a bit high for them. We’ve worked out their perfect pillow would be a lower profile with the same firmness as the medium pillow :-) Great products. Highly recommend.

I had my old channel stitched duvet cleaned stitched into quads to prevent the filling all migrating to the bottom. Everything went smoothly and I was well informed all the way through....very happy with your excellent service

I love my new 95% Hungarian Goose down duvet.
It really IS like sleeping 'under a cloud'; incredibly light (in weight) and toasty warm.
The fact that it is a New Zealand-made product is important to me.
Excellent product (just as described), easy to order and pay for... with fast delivery. Yay!
I know I will enjoy snuggling into this duvet for many years to come.
