Good purchase experience, delivered on time. Good quality product.

Online ordering was easy. Pillows are great. Packaged well.

Had issues with time it took to make/ship my product. But the company handled it very well, was issue with external supplier.

Have always wanted the perfect duvet inner and a 95% hungarian goose down seemed to be the best choice. Wanted something that was light but warm without being too warm. Love the duvet inner. There was some delay with getting it to us, but this was recognised and sorted by the sales manager.

Took longer than I thought. But my daughter loves it. Only one thing. Novadown sent me email on sale prices after I purchased the duvet. 500 hundred dollars cheaper. Really!lol

Did not communicate until asked why my package was taking so long to arrive. Has arrived and very happy with the product. Was ordered on the 26 Feb and arrived 1 May

Good products, good communication via email from staff when order was delayed

I wanted a really high-quality year-round duvet. My research led me finally to Hungarian goose down as holding the most warmth. As I was paying more for goose down luxury I needed personal reassurance that this was the right product. My phone call was handled promptly and with all the customer care I could have expected. I ordered my duvet with confidence and am happy with the outcome.

Good product but make sure you only buy when its on special. I'm just sick of it, you buy something and a week later you find it half price. Why can they not just give their best price right from the beginning.

I ordered 2 pillows in Jan 2018 and finally received them late April 2018. The product itself is great but there was no communication about the delays unless I emailed Novadown and promises of email updates never appeared until I followed up. I appreciated the extra products and voucher sent with the pillows to apologise for the delays but this doesn't make up for poor communication and service.

Great team to deal with and the product purchased was better than we exspected.

LOVE Novadown products, been using them for years and just received a new Summer weight goosedown duvet... perfect for our hot climate! And best of all, we’re supporting a New Zealand company 👍

I have tried many duvet inners over the years, I did a lot of research to find the lightest, warmest quality duvet before purchasing my latest addition Novadown are five stars all the way. Quality, quality quality. So ultra light and fluffy, I still can’t believe the warmth this duvet radiates. One very important factor, this Novadown duvet has baffle boxing which is world renowned as the best construction for a down duvet and is not found in cheaper quality duvets. There was a delay in the making of the duvet, but I was kept informed and honestly my duvet was so worth the wait. Love love love , I am now Novadown’s biggest fan 😊😊

I ordered our duvet at new year...
I received it on 22nd April...
I only had 2 emails in that time...because I asked...
Customer care and communication has been appalling. They offered pillows bamboo ones or a protector of some kind as compensation...I got vile lavender ones...not what I was offered or what I asked for.
I am just so so disappointed at the lack of customer service...if u have a supply issue own it head on in a timely and open fashion. People are less likely to give negative reviews for good customer service. Your product is great...always has been but I’m unlikely order from you again...

The product is amazing , I love my new pillows.

When there was a delay in sourcing goose down for the pillows we ordered we were informed and as an apology for the long delay they offered us two extra bamboo pillows. When these were not available they sent two lavender pillows and a voucher for $100 off our next purchase. Much appreciated. We love our new pillows!

Your website clearly showed delivery within 3 days. After several weeks I had to chase my online order and was told ‘sorry this one seemed to slip through the gaps’. I was understanding but did say you need to get to me within 2 dsys as they eere needed for hiuse guests coming to stay. They (pillows) turned up 3 days later. After deadline. Not hoid enough guven thecdelay was an error. Good customer service and common sense would have been wise to send by courier. I was let down and unlikely to either use agsin snd most definitely not recommend.

First parcel was delayed. But an email had it delivered the next day. The second parcel arrived within less than 24 hours.
