Great way to get gift cards
Great way to get gift cards for purchases that you were going to make anyway. There is also a good variety of brands on the site. Plus there are also discount codes which can save you money. The customer service is also pretty good.
But do note that it can take a while to get the gift cards especially for the travel offers like Booking.com and etc.

misleading, wrong advice, hidden in small print
The promo in BIG letters said minimum purchase was £90, and I had to follow certain steps to qualify. Since the process was confusing, I specifically emailed them to ask if I had done everything correctly at the time of my purchase. They replied saying something like "yes, we can confirm that your reward is pending, you need to wait 90 days and get in touch with us if you don't have your reward". Of course there was nothing after 90 days... I then replied to their own email confirming all was in order, but they said they can't see me in their system and asked for more details to search. I had to find the order number and the invoice and send them. After a few emails back and forward (each taking a few days) they finally referred to a small print in terms and conditions which said the minimum purchase was £90 excluding VAT (mine was 80+VAT making it 96) If I knew, I would add an extra £10 worth of shopping but I guess they didn't want me to know, that's why they wrote that bit in small print. They refused what they initially confirmed as "all in order" and pretended they didn't even know me as if they hadn't sent that email.
Waste of time and energy... so annoying... won't recommend to anyone

Bogus & a Con
Do Not Use. They make it impossible to get the advertised rewards. Go direct to the company you are buying from and save yourself the hassle. Who knows what they do with your info for going via their site. They must be pocketing whatever they get from referring people because the consumer doesn’t get any rewards.
You know what they say, if it seems too good to be true, it probably is. In this case you won’t get what they promise, even if you do everything right.
