This is a follow up review, regarding Amazon voucher for a House of Bruar purchase. After a frustrating delay and many emails / submissions through their official contact page, I did get a helpful reply and swift positive resolution. SCAM COMPANY

They do not respond to emails or send the vouchers that you are entitled to. Looking at other reviews this is a regular occurrence. AVOID!!!

Trying to make contact with Isabelle at Customer Service - we have waited 90 days for an Amazon Voucher for £15 which was promised to an 80 year old when she spent over £500 with Skyes Holidays - no voucher has been received - despite waiting the insane 90 days qualifying date after the return of your trip. Nobody has responded and no voucher awarded.

Didn't receive Amazon voucher

Used previously, and got qualifying purchase Amazon voucher without issues - but this time I've not heard anything, months after using MyVoucherCodes.

I've contacted support but haven't received any response from them, over a week later.

Disappointed - would expect much quicker responses, but it looks like others haven't received their vouchers after chasing either. Won't be bothering to use again.

Non receipt of gift voucher

I purchased from BHS in September 2025 and was supposed to receive a £20 gift voucher once the qualifying period of 45 working days had passed. I emailed them end of November to ask why I hadn’t received the voucher but haven’t received a reply or even an acknowledgement. I emailed them again recently but have still not received a reply or received the voucher. Customer service is abysmal and I certainly won’t be lured into gift vouchers from them in future. I would’ve given them a 0 score if that had been an option.

Resolved After Review – Some Clarity Needed

I originally left a 1-star review after my voucher was declined despite meeting the minimum spend. The customer service team has now manually approved the gift card, which I appreciate.

However, the promotion terms are contradictory. When booking through the official Butlin’s website, discounts are automatically applied and cannot be removed, making it unclear how customers are expected to qualify under the stated conditions.

I’m grateful my case was resolved, but this aspect of the offer should be reviewed to avoid confusion for others.

Don’t bother trying to claim anything…

Don’t bother trying to claim anything from these time wasters. I tried claiming an Amazon voucher after booking a Butlins trip for my children and they have come up with 3 different reasons why they won’t issue it, none of which apply. Requirement was to spend £400, I spent £1200 but they look for any minor reason in their terms and conditions not to honour the deal.

A lot of time wasted for zero reward. Use a cash back card instead, there are enough of them around.

I made a qualifying Temu purchase via VoucherCodes on 30 June using your offer for their £10 Amazon voucher. The reward hasn’t arrived.

I’ve emailed the advertised emails for them under promo t&c's several times with no replies to my emails.

I have provided them with the order confirmation and a screenshot of the offer etc. Happy to verify anything needed to get it sorted.
