Dont pay out when they should. signed up for broadband ages ago and never paid out amazon voucher
i have emailed their customer services numerous occasions and have been ignored.
as other people have said they will avoid paying out if they can by .
avoid at all costs.
ironic that they only respond when you complain on a review site.... suspicious is the word to use.

Purchased a stay in the Radisson hotel…
Purchased a stay in the Radisson hotel in Blackpool through the my voucher codes website. The offer was a £30 Amazon voucher when you spend £250 on a booking. The purchase was made in October 2023 for a weeks stay in June 2024. No voucher has been recieved. After constant emails to Radisson and my voucher codes neither is taking responsibilty for issuing the voucher with Radisson denying it was even part of it! So stay well clear of my voucher codes its obviously some sort of scam!

Unable to obtain voucher reward card as unable to sign in. Click forgotten password link etc, no email for password reset received. And yes, it is the correct email address as that's what you had to send me the validated reward link!

Wont use them again
Feel Cheated. Used their link for a £70 Amazon voucher when booking a break back in November 2023.
Despite numerous emails since, I have been passed around the houses with excuses as to why I have not received the voucher.
Today I am told that it's not eligible as I have breached a clause in their T & C's in that the minimum spend was not enough before VAT.
This is hidden away in clause 5 apparently.
This has taken them 8 months for them to tell me this.
Not only that but when we booked the reward said activated. How then could I it have qualified then.
I feel cheated, hiding behind unfair T & C's ?
I definitely won't use this company again

Potential scam
I had a similar unplesant experience like most of the cusomers. I wrote to their customer service department and I have not recievied a response in 2 weeks.
I would advise anyone to avoid this company as they are the biggest scammers. I booked a £1,320 hotel from Radison Blue through their referral link, but I have not received the promised £100 Amazon voucher. They get their referral bonus, but you get nothing.

I would give more stars if I actually could use this website. I cannot log in and my multiple attempts to contact customer service and reset my password, have been left without a response. Good idea, poor execution.

Got there in the end!
Eventually got the promised M&S voucher from my Fred Olsen trip, took over 6 months though, and at one stage I was told I wasn't eligible.
