promised £250 of amazon vouchers after purchase with ClubMed. Delivered within a week!

To claim a £10 voucher after purchasing a Gtech vacuum cleaner, MyVoucherCodes wanted such personal information as my date of birth and phone numbers etc. As I assume that this information will be sold on to other companies I decided that I'd rather not get involved and have declined the £10.

Amazon gift card was available in my account less than a week after placing the order with the retailer

I booked a holiday through MyvoucherCodes with Jet2. The deal was for a £40 Amazon voucher. I received my £40 voucher after 65 day. I was very happy because I was booking the holiday anyway, so to get a £40 Amazon voucher was a bonus.

I was not able to access the voucher as I was unable to access my account. I emailed your team that emailed back over a month later. Obviously the 'voucher' has by now expired.
I am now thinking your website is a scam.
24/11/2024 update:
Customer service eventually got in touch (quite late) and after many hiccups (read poor website due to many login issues) I was able to login and they reinstated the voucher that had expired and I was able to use it. The whole process was so time consuming that I will not probably bother again with this company. But at least I realised it was NOT a scam.

Lovely to receive voucher but it took over 6 months to be verified.

Already left an opinion but they sending emails every now and then saying "Your Opinion Matters to Us". So here we go.

So I wrote a review on 18th September to say my vouchers had not been released and it was well over ninety days. I was asked to email with the details, being led to believe that this would be sorted out, I sent everything over (luckily I have taken screen shots of my account). Instead, I received no reply and it seems my account has been deleted! If this was in any way a credible process then why would this have happened? And I will continue to write reviews until my case is addressed.

“Sorry we are unable to generate your gift card at the moment, please check back in 3 to 5 days”

Update: I both emailed them and used their contact form but never received a reply.

Update 2: but the gift card finally appeared.

Made a qualifying purchase back in May for a holiday in August. The voucher showed as pending on my account all the way up until we had been and come back on that holiday. I waited a few weeks and emailed them asking when I would get my voucher and they said it can take up to 90 days after I had come back from my holiday. So I waited some more and then went on to my account a few days ago and I can see they have removed my purchase from my account even though I checked with them and the holiday I booked would have qualified for that offer/voucher. Don’t waste your time with them, it’s just a way for them to get people’s details to sell on and hassle with all their marketing emails.

Too much messing about getting vouchers

Was told to collect my £15 Amazon voucher but when I spent ages trying to log in it says it's on hold. Scam?

Reward constantly on hold and no reply when contacted to query this.

It has taken 9 months to credit my voucher, and it is still on hold.

Password reset doesn't work.

All in all, a poor experience.

Had an email to say my voucher was available to claim, but when I look in the reward section it says my voucher is on hold. I’ve sent a message to customer services and not had a reply.

Having received an email from you telling me my gift voucher was available I logged into my account and can’t access it (message says it’s on hold). Mixed messaging not very good.

Despite being told my £50 voucher is available, when I go into the account it isn’t available as says “on hold” Have emailed to query this but no response to date. Am worried I will lose legitimately earned voucher worth Booking.com

Despite making it crystal clear without any shadow of doubt that I had a reward to claim and inviting me to do so, I logged into my account and was greeted by the message that the reward had been placed on hold and MyVoucherCodes were ''Sorry we are unable to generate your gift card at the moment, please check back in 3 to 5 days or click here to go to our contact us page''

I then got the following response on 23 September

The one thing however they have not done any due diligence in relation to is that I have contacted their customer service team on two occasions and rather than assisting me further, they have failed on both occasions to send a formal response. This is as much use to me as pouring boiling hot water into a chocolate teapot with the hope that the chocolate does not melt!

Sadly has taken an absolute age to track, now the email has come through to say the gift card is available. When you click on it it now says on hold
