Claiming Vouchers

Really disappointed with your service. It must be set up so that you eventually give up and you can't receive your voucher.
My voucher will have expired before I can claim it.
Have now tried 3 or 4 times to login without success.

Please avoid

Please avoid, this is a total scam. Their terms and conditions state that you will not qualify for a voucher if there was any discount applied even if you got a discount of some sort applied automatically due to an active promotion - I didn’t click any links other than “Activate reward” from myvoucher website. Dirty business! You should be ashamed

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service. I have been waiting over 90-days for my Amazon Voucher. Have contacted customer services numerous times and it takes up to 22-days to get a response. When they do respond they employ stalling tactics by asking you to provide documentation, which when provided they then say it can take up to 90-days to receive the gift card. Well 90-days has passed and yet again nothing has been received and no one is responding to email enquiries.

Still have four transactions I am waiting for and one of them is from a year ago.

No sign of gift card and over the 90 days

I have been fighting for months to get my £10 amazon gift card. I have contacted them directly, and finally got a response to send all the proof i did this and heard nothing again, its been months yet again, i keep chasing but been ignored. This was my first time using so i would advise people to avoid. I will update review if i get what is owed

No response from customer service and voucher doesn't send automatically

Previously have managed to get vouchers sent after chasing, but current one should have been sent already (months have passed after validation) and customer service won't reply. Hopefully they will reply here.

Edit to respond to reply: I did email that address on 8th Jan, so already 9 working days and no reply.

I can't get my voucher

I can't get my voucher as I get an error of 'This known email account does not have a password set. Please check your email for a password reset link.' but after attempting multiple times no email is sent

Very disappointed

Although I get emails every day from my Voucher Codes and when logging in to get the voucher the site does not recognise my email. Numerous emails back and forth from Voucher Codes Customer service and still the website does not recognise my email. Even changed the password. So after two months still no TUi gift card.

Brilliant site for discount vouchers…

Brilliant site for discount vouchers and all running.
Got my Ninja through My Voucher codes and it was in the sale and I also got a £15 Amazon Voucher.
After waiting for the return window to close, I got the voucher. No hassle using it at all.
I never look for other discount sites now it My Voucher without a doubt.

You won’t receive your reward.

Like many of the other reviews here it has been impossible to claim my reward - basically impossible to register or login to an account to claim.

Erin from my voucher codes has been in touch with me - sad to see lots of others have had contact with the same person.

Dell please take note - this is a scam website, it’s a disgrace that you are associated with them.

Morrisons - A warning to all to read the T&C…

A warning to all to read the T&Cs carefully, as I believe based on those MyVoucherCodes must have a very low rate of awarding their voucher. Shopped with Morrisons who provided a multi buy discount on some products that were purchased, which was apparently enough to breach the T&Cs despite no actual discount code being used by me as customer. Would not use them again!

Terrible Experience – Extremely Disappointed!

I’ve had an absolute nightmare with this company. I’ve been waiting for a voucher that has been pending since August. Despite sending multiple emails with all the required details, I’ve received absolutely no response. I’ve sent repeated follow-ups, but have heard NOTHING in return.

It’s beyond frustrating to be ignored like this, and I’m incredibly disappointed with the lack of customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Have been waiting for a £15.00 Amazon…

Have been waiting for a £15.00 Amazon voucher for some items purchased at Dunelm.
Dunelm have rejected the the claim due to part of the order being returned, even with the returned items I was still within the limit for the voucher. Items returned due to being faulty (lampshades damaged in transit)
Have emailed MyVoucherCodes but no reply.

Unable to claim my voucher

I've been unable to claim my voucher as I can't register an account with myvouchercodes. When I try to request password in order to set up the new account I don’t receive the password reset email. Have tried multiple times with various browsers.

Have emailed info @myvouchercodes.co.uk and sent a message on their website too, but no response after a full week. Looks like I won't be able to claim the voucher which is expiring soon. Very frustrating.
