Bad promotion experience
Poor experience simply because applying the voucher did not get me the discount that was advertised.
There were no terms and conditions explaining why I’m not benefitting from the full discount.
No method of contacting customer support. Slow reply on Instagram.

I enjoyed buying protein from your store because of the fantastic discount offered for Nov 11 sales. To be honest, if there is no discount offered, I think your protein is way too expensive, and I would rather buy from your competitors instead.

Checkout experience is subpar
Checkout experience is subpar. After trying to pay with Apple Pay i got an error message that an item “can’t be delivered”. I thought it’s because it was out of stock, so I tried to add to cart again, and I could. So i am not sure why I had to delete it entirely from the cart.
I then couldn’t use Apple Pay so I had to input my credit card. Even tho is a browser experience, the web fails to trigger my saved credit card details, forcing me to input my cc details manually.
Inputting cc numbers is a pain since there is no separate by the 4 number clusters usually found in ccs
Overall very bad experience. And mind you the this is coming from the need of having to re order because my previous order was lost in transit
