Poor Packing and Items sent also at expiry
packing was poorly done and internal boxes were damaged. I cannot give them away as gifts and have to consume them myself. MP also sent protein bars that expire in Feb 2026 and only sent them in later part of Jan 2026. Customer Service says its ok as their business rules deems this appropriate.

I am very dissatisfied with the current situation. My previous orders were rejected and now my $20.00 credit is no longer available. I need to understand why my credit was forfeited and why I am unable to use it. In addition, the payable amount was not clearly shown when I settled the payment. This feels unfair and misleading from the customer’s point of view.

Online order is easy. Website is straightforward. Confirmation is immediate. Only gripe is that prices have been going up. Currently waiting for the goods delivery, let's see how they do in this aspect.
