I don't like the marketing gimmick that it states up to 80% discount but does not state which ones are at that rate. And I think most items are not at the highest discount rate. It'll be more customer friendly if the actual discount is stated for the individual products.

I am extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I’ve been waiting for almost a month, and my order has been stuck at the Singapore Post Centre for weeks with no progress. I’ve reached out multiple times to customer service, but every time I’m told the same thing — that my order will arrive “soon.” It’s already been over two weeks since I first heard that, and nothing has changed.
What’s even more frustrating is that whenever customers leave a review, the company replies saying they will “get back to us via message.” But when they do, it’s always the same response — no real update, no solution, just the same empty assurance that it will come soon.
This level of delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. As a returning customer, it’s disappointing to see the same delivery and service issues happening again. I’ve always trusted this brand, but the repeated poor communication and unhelpful responses from customer support have really shaken my confidence.
I genuinely hope the company takes this feedback seriously and improves both their delivery process and customer service — because right now, it’s been nothing short of disappointing.

I thought your prices were generally pretty good, but then there was a $30 delivery charge at the end, plus it takes 5-7 days.
For local sg business the standard is next day delivery and no charge. I think better if you just build the delivery into the price.
